I had a great experience at my recent and first optometrist appointment. The front desk staff was friendly and took the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, so I knew what to expect and wouldn’t be surprised by any potential bills. Thanks you guys!! I will be coming back next year.

I’ve been going to Dr Simmons for a few years. He listens, communicates well, and explains things in a way that is easily understood. I would recommend him to anyone looking for eye care.

They don't take my eye insurance, Eye Med. That's fine, it's up to them who they work with. What's not fine is I gave my insurance to them ahead of time when I scheduled my appointment and didn't find this out until I went in for an appointment. They also asked for my insurance information again when I arrived despite having asked for it when I scheduled the appointment.
They did offer to use my medical insurance, but with a high deductible plan that doesn't really help me.

Dr. Simmons was incredibly friendly and extremely thorough. I went in with some symptoms I was worried about, and he took the time to explain in detail what was causing them. Even pulled up some photos online to show me what an eye would look like for me to worry about and compared with mine.
Also - there are way more frames actually on display than you can see in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised.
Can't recommend enough. Two thumbs (and a healthy retina) up!

I was really impressed. After moving I needed a new place and was not disappointed. The doctor was great too but it started off with the friendly ladies up front, Shae and Kate! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience at Copper View Eye Care. Shay was so friendly and made checking in so easy. Dr Simmons was personable and fun. Kate even wished me a good day as I was leaving, it was a wonderful experience overall! I'll be referring all of my family members here

This is my first time writing a negative review. I was excited to go there after seeing all the positive reviews. The front desk girl was extremely unprofessional. I told her what insurance I have and asked her if she needed my insurance information card and she said no and they can just searched. Before the eye exam, I asked her "Insurance should cover 100% of the annual eye exam right? "She replied "They only paid $50" I asked other questions about insurance. She had many opportunities to tell me that my insurance wasn't in their network. After the eye exam and when it’s time to paid, I asked “ I thought my insurance was really good. She replied “It’s good for in net work”I was way shocked to find out they are out of network after everything. I asked her “Do you not tell your patients that you’re out of network first?” She said “YOU DIDN’T ASK.” What’s the point of showing you my insurance letting you know I have insurance? Why would I want to pay a lot more for the same things that I could get else where? I was seriously just trying to find the the best eye care to go to that’s of course in the network. Isn’t that why we pay for insurance?!?!The employee wouldn't tell me anything if I hadn't asked ALL THOSE QUESTIONS first. They didn't say anything unless I asked. You were going to get me new contacts and glasses with OUT of NETWORK costs until I ASKED ANOTHER QUESTION again "WHY would the insurance only cover 40%. I thought my insurance was good" Then she said it's good insurance if you can to other ones but ours is out of network. I was completely fine with paying $79 for the eye exam out of pocket. I'm not fine with you being out of network so my insurance wouldn't cover other things or cover much!You’re obligated to inform your costumers when you know you're out of the network!!From the “ No Surprise Act”“Starting January 1, 2022, it will be illegal for providers to bill patients for more than the in-network cost-sharing due under patients’ insurance in almost all scenarios where surprise out-of-network bills arise,“Under the notice and consent process, an out-of-network provider must notify a patient of its out-of-network status and obtain the patient’s written consent to receive out-of-network services more than 72 hours before the service is delivered. “* Your front desk employee was very unprofessional and so was your response to my review. Take responsibility for your negligence and be more professional.

The service is great, and the girls up front at the desk are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Simmons is excellent and very approachable in answering all concerns and details about eye health. Great deals and prices on glasses too.

I'm an older woman. Dr. Simmons was very kind and gentle as he checked my vision. He is extremely knowledgeable. Copper View Eye Care has the most up to date equipment. The clinic is very clean and inviting. I would recommend Copper View Eye Care to anyone needing their vision checked.

Such a beautiful, modern office with the most welcoming receptionist. Dr. Simmons was helpful and informative, and extremely hospitable. I had so much fun choosing glasses afterwards it was hard to narrow down a choice! Overall an amazing experience and I will definitely continue seeing them for all my eye care needs.

I drive 30 minutes each way to see dr Simmons because he’s the best. And his office staff is just as amazing! I won’t go anywhere else.

Very kind individuals and doctors that work there! I’m a bit nervous with new appointments and appreciated all the kindness given by them. The atmosphere was really comfortable, and the process was super quick!
