“Due to my own fault, I arrived at 10 minutes before closing time and was frantic to buy some pj's for grand kids that I needed to mail the next day. It was 15 minutes after closing when I left. The two clerks could not have been sweeter or nicer to me. I feel awful for making them work over time, but they never made me feel like I had imposed on them. Wow!!! I love how cute and well made the clothes are! I love the prices, they are so affordable for this grandma of 20 grand kids. I also love Osh'Gosh styles and quality! I was way impressed with these two clerks! They are great representatives of your company! Quality goods and quality people!”

“I never would have thought JCPenney would become our go-to place for prom/formal dresses. My daughter's first dance we rented thinking it would be cheaper/better. Although we had a great experience we didn't save money, she was nervous something would happen to the dress (and it did), and her dress didn't have pockets. JCPenny has an incredible selection of dresses at reasonable prices (many are under $100). They have great dressing rooms with a large area to hang tons of dresses. We have a lot of fun when we go and I make her try on TONS of dresses! There are about 15 dresses on this rack and we had three rounds of just like this. We didn't even get to the short dresses!”

My mom is a 75 yr old lady who came in to buy clothes for my kids as a gift, she has issues with walking, and Tiffany held her hands and help her pick out the clothes. My mom was really impressed of how hardworking, beautiful and gentle she is and also kind. ❤️

“I can’t believe how good of an experience I had here today. I work at the hospital, and had a patient that really needed to get her hair done (matted entirely). We called this morning and got an afternoon appointment with Courtney. She took the absolutely best care of my patient, and spent nearly 2 hours with me untangling the knots of her hair. She accommodated the environment to work around my patient’s wheelchair, was so kind and understanding. Following, she not only gave my patient the BEST haircut, she even gave a dab of conditioner for the next hospital shower she has. Courtney was kind, dedicated, accommodating, and just the most “human” person ever. I can’t believe how amazing this experience was, and will definitely be coming back to have a hair cut from Courtney myself!! My patient left SO happy and got to show off her hair to everyone around. I couldn’t recommend her and this place enough!!”
