I'll update this review once changes are made. You can't change your user name for their online system... EVER. Business banking is so cumbersome. Everyone I need to do a wire transfer I'm treated like I'm money laundering. It's SO painful to do a wire transfer here. If you need business banking, I suggest you look elsewhere.

My experiences of horrible ATM service are multiple.
- ATM took cash without actually depositing into my account. Employees wouldn't help me because they were almost closed.
My cash hasn't been recovered.

The branch on 106th near bangerter is consistently the worst experience I've ever had- the tellers are not only rude every time I've been but extremely incompetent. Bad experiences every time. For example, this time refused to count 7$ in quarters through driveup. Not sure if I should keep my money with people who lack an elementary education....

Yanel just helped us, my husband and I were both nervous about starting a certificate savings and deciding on which one and we had a lot of questions. Yanel was so kind and patient even though we stayed until close. Thank you so much Yanel we are excited about our new savings plan!

I go here every month and deposit to my Grandkids accounts. This time I had the teller telling me I can't do it, because I'm not on their accounts. Finally he gets told it's OK. It took 15 minutes, he had bad body odor wafting over to me. He obviously didn't want to do any work today!

Updated to 1 star: I was charged a returned check fee due to the "incorrect account number."I've been having trouble with my account since I set it up. I set up direct deposits with the account number provided to me when I opened my account and didn't receive my first paycheck on time. I also had 3 payments from my account decline within 2 weeks, not even showing as pending. Apparently, there is a different 12-digit account number used for both direct deposit and electronic payment that wasn't mentioned to me, nor did anyone reach out after my payments declined.The agents at the branch were helpful in figuring out the issue, but this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Super frustrating.

Incredibly rude customer service. It’s Christmas and you can’t waive a $25 late fee that I only have because there was an issue with the atm I used?? That’s a you problem. Do yourself a favor and go to MACU across the street.

Rude staff, I’ve had serious issues with the service center, 30 minute hold times, not refunding any fees. Even if you’ve worked with them for years, if you don’t have substantial money with them they won’t care to service you.

We went there for car loan. It was quick and staff was very helpful.
