I come to snowbird all the time and it always surprises me with the absurd amount of different kinds of snowbird logo gear that they have. The people at the store were super duper helpful and friendly. They even gave us a discount because of the amount of hats that we bought. And the gear wasn't just normal snowbird colors. There were so many different varieties and colors so you could express yourself however you want.

We had a phenomenal morning. It’s our first day at Snowbird and we opted to ski with mountain hosts, Heidi and Carol. They were fantastic!! We had a wonderful 2 hour tour to get a lay of the land and then hit it hard in the afternoon. Can’t wait to get out again tomorrow.

If you are planning to visit, be sure not to have mobility issues. No handicap access parking available close to the resort center. Must take a nasty old shuttle that is not wheelchair friendly.

Snowbird is an outstanding resort winter or summer. You can tell that customer service means something here. We spend a lot of time both summer/winter, and we have always received 5 star service. The guys at the valet are the best. Super helpful and great with the family. Best resort in North America.

As a disabled skier, I was turned away from parking in the handicap stall, in order to provide parking for a "preferred," able body customer. As I stumbled and fell, trying to haul my adaptive equipment to the entrance gate near Gadzoom, the man in the truck that took the handicap stall, just watched me, as he was too busy talking on his cell phone to do anything to help. The attendant's response was they get preferred treatment, as they paid for a parking spot. My response

First off want to say I have been going to the bird for over 25 years. I wanted to take my 3 year old for his first ski experience. Called in the day before and asked what options there were for him and they said we could go on the magic carpet bunny hill for free. Nice variety of clothing and other gift items. Prices were not bad considering it is an on-mountain store. Cashiers were fast and friendly during the 4 pm end of day rush.
