I have been here several times. Very mid massages… the pool is beautiful but a very over priced. If you want better, cheaper massages try Kura door spa or basalt spa. Also, if you forget anything there they will throw it out… no matter how quickly you try to reclaim your property. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have more money than you know what to do with.

While the setting is world class, the staff is subpar. We scheduled for 2 couples massages at the same time, to spend a day with our son and his wife who had just had a baby. Although we scheduled it online, there was a mix-up and one of the times was moved to an hour later. We were emailed, but I didn't read the email until the night before our visit. I called the next morning and was told "We emailed you and called you, this is your problem." I was never called our received a voicemail, and that's fine... the thing I find curious is for the amount we spend for a spa day, you would think the staff would be trained on basic customer skills. The front desk worker was mean, unbending and completely un-empathetic. I would suggest the staff go to a Ritz Carlton or even Grand America in Salt Lake and learn what customer service looks like at a high end spa. The facilities are older, but in great condition. The setting is world class. So if you only care about location, definitely book here. But if the experience matters, consider other options.

The ski resort is a really beautiful place that we come to enjoy. This time my wife and I also took Massage for a special day we have but unfortunately the experience turned into a really annoying day and not worth the expensive amount they demand. The staff is really unfriendly, some of the services such as the steam room did not work. The way and the distance until you get to the spa without any instructions is quite long and we waited at the reception for over 15 minutes to get service which made us get 35 minutes instead of the 60 minutes we ordered for $400. Probably another place that takes advantage of the beautiful location to provide less than good service and prices that are not worth it. I would totally give up for next time

Amazing spa day. Hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, & great classes. We thoroughly enjoyed our yoga class. We will be back. Special shout out to Malea for making my birthday special.

I really enjoyed my trip here!! The amenities were awesome. The yoga class was super relaxing and the view was out of a dream. I had a reiki session with Hannah and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They held our luggage when we went to the spa even though we weren't guests of the hotel. The spa staff were friendly and gave us a brief tour. The locker room was a little cramped and left a little to be desired. Someone was vacuuming when we arrived and was vacuuming around me while I tried to change- like I was not supposed to be there. The rooftop pool and hot tub were gorgeous big it was windy and FREEZING. Fire pit was not on and there were no other heaters which made it impossible to sit out if not in the water. I got the alpenglow facial which was 10/10. My esthetician was very professional and I had a great experience. Overall, would come back again!

It’s a little pricey but the place is cool. The pool area is nice. Sometimes the jacuzzi gets a little too hot but last time was great.

Today was my first time at the cliff spa. I got a massage and a pedicure and the services along with staff were 5stars. They were professional, kind, friendly and made me feel great. However, the men’s locker room was frankly disgusting. The showers all share one drain. When I turned the water off my feet were being splashed with water (I hope) from the person showering next to me, there was a bloody bandage on the soap dispenser (all day), the men’s toilet was set up like something you would expect from a McDonalds and dirty on top of that, toilet paper stuck to the floor, there was literally no privacy to change, no hooks for clothes in shower, benches that top over, and the place was very crowded. Not relaxing AT ALL! Not what you would expect from a premier Utah resort. The gym was very well equipped, it has a nice yoga studio and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi was the best I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend the spa director to take a trip to skana spa at the turning stone casino to see what the #1 ranked spa in America (at least last I knew) is like and how it’s set up as it’s much better set up. Cliff spa has huge potential but it’s lacking dearly.All in all I had a good day but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement.

We had a great experience here. My sister got a reiki massage and I got a lash lift. I do recommend setting up your appointments later than 4 hours into the day in case you can’t make it and need to cancel or postpone. If you cancel under 4 hours they will charge you for services. We almost had that issue and would’ve been charged $500 for services had we not been able to make. Seems ridiculous to me.The service was great. I wouldn’t say out of this world for the prices they charge but it was great. We got into the heated rooftop pool and hot tub and the view was spectacular. They gave us robes and sandals to use throughout our stay. We were offered tea (with no lids in sight oddly) they have a gym and yoga classes we could attend with our day pass. I think if I ever go back it will be just for the pool and yoga and gym rather than the services. It just seems like I can pamper myself elsewhere for a better price. My sister really enjoyed the reiki massage though.Valet parking was $20 it was incredibly difficult to find parking. My step mom who is disabled joined us and had to park on the road herself because valet didn’t know how to use her adapter which isn’t difficult to use. It was frustrating because she was put at risk for an injury because they couldn’t valet her parking, she was late and we were already in our appts so we couldn’t assist in that situation. I was really hoping she’d be in good hands considering what a “high end” place this is.Once you’re at the mouth of the canyon coming up expect about a 20 min delay or more with traffic, especially during the winter. Everyone is trying to get up to go skiing so traffic was pretty bad. Luckily the roads weren’t terrible with snow when we went so we didn’t have that issue. But you need to plan plenty of time to get to your appt 15 min early.

Had a great experience at the Cliff Spa. It was super relaxing to enjoy the pool and hot tub on a cold day after a booked massage. The only downside (reason for the reduction of stars) was the pool and/or hot tub bleached my new bathing suit I rinsed the suit out in the showers with soap immediately after going in the water but tragically it ruined the suit. Recommend visiting but be sure not to wear anything you want to keep after visiting.

The services provided much needed rest and relaxation. The views from the rooftop pool were nothing short of magnificent. And the yoga class was great. Hope to come back soon.
