The people in the rental shop were super nice and very helpful. We needed rental equipment for one adult and a 9 and 6 year old. Everything was perfect, we just needed to come back to tighten one binding and it was very quickly remedied.

I recently visited the Snowbird location and I must say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The Evan salesperson who assisted me truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable shopping experience. He helped me with goggles and patiently showing many different styles. We end up coming back to buy snow pants and ski bag. Highly recommended shop for personal assistance from extremely knowledgeable Evan.

These stars are specifically for the staff of the Christy Sports at the Snowbird base.I brought my 6 year old daughter to Snowbird and the Christy Sports staff were incredibly kind and made the experience for us...they were patient when helping find the right sized gear and made the rental prices worth it for the limited time we had left to ski.Thank you...y'all are rock stars.

All I can say is Wow! This Christy’s shop is right in the heart of all the apres fun at Snowbird and so convenient to the locker room. It’s really amazing and chock full of spectacular stuff for both riding and skiing. All the merchandise is displayed beautifully and easy to access. I got an Awesome jacket. However, the staff at the shop really sets it apart. So helpful, and know their merchandise! One woman in particular really went above and beyond! I left my ski gloves at the shop and didn’t realize it until the next day. Not only did Lori Gibbs have the gloves safely set aside in the shop, when I realized that I couldn’t get back to Snowbird before flying out, she offered to meet me on her way home from work. If that doesn’t exemplify customer service I cannot imagine what does! Lori said she didn’t want my last day of vacation ruined from losing my gloves. Christy’s clearly hires amazing people that care, and that really shines through! Thank you! Thank you!

I'm not the most experienced snowboarder, but David was very helpful. He listened and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. The staff worked well together and are very passionate about their products and willing to help you find the product for you.

Older woman sales associate working 8-19-23 needs to be retrained. Poor interaction with children in store. Glad I didn’t buy any of my snowboard gear this year from the store. Was planning to spend 700+ on a set up. Oh well,Disappointed

Snowbird Christys not only set us up quickly with 3 demo ski packages. They were so nice. We will rent from them anywhere they exist. 5 stars +.

Year after year, we continue to have an incredible experience at Christy Sports at Snowbird. From equipment (both purchase and rental) to clothing to accessories, they offer amazing selections and the latest gear. Rich in the rental department is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tiffany and her team are top notch. The convenience of everything you need right at the mountain is an absolute pleasure. Visit Christy's!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Rented skis at snowbird Christys.The skis were not in prime condition even though I asked for the most expensive demos. Could’ve used a wax at least. They were ok. The staff was accommodating and gave me what I asked for. Just a little disappointed with the condition of the skis.

Great staff at shop provided really good customer service! Location was convenient. Unfortunately demo skis were fairly worn at this point in the season and needed a coat of wax, so value for cost wasn’t great.

Snowbirds Christy has a seemingly great ski selection but terrible snowboard selection. My buddy and I returned our boards after day 1 of 5 and went with a smaller shop near SLC with a way better selection for literally half the price. The “tech” literally laughed at me when I asked for a powder board. The website reservation gave you the option of a “demo” board but all they had were worn out beginners that weren’t waxed for the demo price. I didn’t try any other rentals at snowbird though, better luck to the next guy/gal!
