I’d had a bad experience with an Autocare tow truck driver in the past involving getting my wife’s car out of a ditch… I was hesitant to let them respond to my roadside assistance request through AAA, but was told they were the quickest option. Jose responded and was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. The truck was clean and overall, it was a very good experience. 5/5 for Jose.
