Smithfield Safe Storage has been such an asset to me and my family. I recently retired and moved to Florida and at the last minute had some few items that didn’t fit into the original storage unit and I had to get on the phone and call around and locate a storage unit that I could just pay for everything online And they gave me a gate code and I was able to check in and drop the last few items off after hours, and go ahead and hit the road and travel to Florida. Their customer service, and their prompt reply was so appreciated and has been so easy to work with during this moving process . I highly recommend them and their units are clean and new and just a great experience all the way around.

I've had a few set backs due to hospitalizations, ambulance bills and changing jobs. I've been homeless since May,& having a very hard time keeping up with my storage payments. I've been working with Dean and he has been extremely kind to me,& help me make arrangements that I can pay and keep my things in storage. He went above and beyond and I'm eternally grateful. Thank you

We have been using Smithfield Safe Storage for several years now, never had any problems. Very easy to work with and pay online. Property is kept clean and safe.

Units are clean and site is well maintained. I had an issue with my unit not working correctly and they were able to change it to a new one quickly. Good area with good accessibility.

Smithfield safe storage has been awesome. Customer service is great to deal with, and as most of us know that’s a rarity. The district manager is very polite and knowledgeable, as well as other staff. Have been a customer for a few months and will continue to be one. Also would recommend to anyone needing a place to store your things!

I feel my items there are safe and that gives me great sense of satisfaction! Weather protected against heat and cold in the temperature controlled units! The staff is easy to work with you on monthly payments! Very happy with them! 100% satisfied!

Started service when they still had an in office person. Paid cash for a year at this point. Problems arose around the nine month point when they said I owed money. No more on site help anymore, eventually I got a manager to call me. He was nice but things didn’t get resolved until I threatened to sue. I was magically paid up within 5 minutes. No other issues since. Gate is usually stuck in the up position. The units are good.

Smithfield storage has worked well for us. Nice to work in the climate controlled building no matter the weather. I have had good response time with any contact, text, phone or email. Disappointed with the security gate issues.

I've used this storage facility for the past 3 years and have been happy with it. I really like that they have indoor climate controlled storage areas. It's been clean and well -lit every time I've visited.

We were only supposed to rent for one year, but because of COVID, we ended up being there longer. I can’t believe the price increase. I am happy with the gated entrance, but not sure why prices had to increase so much? It’s not like we were paying for climate control.

I have been a customer for almost five years. This complex is secure with gated access and video surveillance for 24 hour on site security. I would recommend this facility to any person looking for safe, secure, clean and protected self storage needs.

One phone call gets you to a friendly helpfull staff member.A1 in customer service.Buildings are well made;the doors have strong seals to insure that mice can't get into the units when locked...wich brings me to their awesome locks on each unit- very modern.
