So I just got food here because I heard that the food was good and cheap and figured it was the easiest place to get food during a busy day where I've been on the road. I pulled through the drive-thru and was acknowledged pretty quickly, but the lady at the drive-thru window was probably the rudest I've ever encountered. I understand that it's a dull job and it can be demeaning and frustrating. But when I ask for a specific order, I want it to be read back to me, I want my order to be acknowledged verbally rather than you just glaring at me and slamming the drive-thru window in my face. That was really rude, and it made me feel like I was a burden and that I wasn't wanted there, I felt extremely unwelcome. Not to mention that sure the chicken that I ordered was correct but it was two strips short of what I'd actually ordered, and I ordered a pizza stick and they gave me two for some reason. I asked for honey mustard and they gave me ranch. All of this compounded tells me that for some reason she decided to lash out at me for something that wasn't my fault. Because all that I did was pulled into the drive-thru make my order and pay and leave. I was smiling the whole time, made sure that I kept my verbal communication with her to a minimum, because the moment that she opened the window to start our interaction she was hostile. Seriously, I understand that it's a gas station but customer service is still requirement. Was absolutely disgusted with the way that I was treated. I then went into the bathroom and it was disgusting. It would look like people hadn't actually washed it and mopped and clean the toilet in a decade. There was graffiti everywhere, there was garbage on the floor, there was fecal stains all over the seat. And when I went to the cash register desk to complain, they said that they just cleaned it. This place is a nightmare and I certainly won't be going back, and I recommend that everybody else not waste their money. If the employees are going to treat us like garbage, and the interior is going to be as gross as it is I doubt the food is that safe to eat to begin with.

Best chicken in the Valley at excellent prices. Sometimes a bit understaffed, but be patient, they will help with anything you need.

Good prices, car washes, full cleaner for windows, and the only gas station in Cache Valley that seems to fill your tires for free still! 10/10

It's sad to see what used to be such a wonderful place to come in and get lunch has so quickly become a place that I sadly avoid. Whenever I pass this gas station I can't help but feel a little bad because it used to be such a good place to get food that I really enjoy. I came in the other day and I asked for something that you think they would readily have available and the girl at the deli had to go and ask everybody that works there if they sold that. I told her I got it the day before and to check the fridge and she was so surprised and so is everybody else that was working that shift. How did staff not know that they sell something? How do you work in a deli with a fridge and not know what's in it? The training of these employees is so poor that they don't even know what they sell. Not to mention the fact that throughout the week I've tried to call and complain and every time I've tried to call nobody answers the phone. There was one day this week that I called three times in a row and nobody picked up the phone. Funny thing is that I drove past moments after and there was no cars in the parking lot so that tells me that the guy working the cash register just chose not to answer the phone. Don't expect me to come back just like others have said in their reviews recently, at this point I don't know if I'd ever come back with all the disrespect and poorly trained staff, there's no customer service here. No ambition of the employees. You come in here and you're a nobody.

Everybody is complaining about the drive-thru, when are you going to get it through your thick skull as an owner to make some changes? It's such a huge problem and you're just not getting it. And the other thing is that when I call nobody ever answers. I've discovered that it's better to call ahead but now all of a sudden nobody ever answers the phone. Every other day this week I've thought oh it be nice to come in and get the food that I grew up loving but nobody's answering the phone and I will call two or three times and nobody ever answers their phone. Fix the drive-thru for goodness sake, it's been years that this problem has been there. We're sick and tired of it. At this point it'd be better to just boycott this location because clearly you don't care about making the changes that need to be, and clearly there is no standard of operation. At this point I'd rather just call corporate and let them know just how poorly this location is being run at this point. There's no care, there's no customer service, and I'm not going to be nice at this point because everybody else has striven to be so nice to you guys while complaining but I'm going to be brutally honest and just let you guys know that you guys are failing 100%. I won't be coming back, after being a lifelong customer. My family won't be coming back. I have friends that haven't been coming to this location for over 6 months because of how they've been treated and how they've been sick of it for years. There is a lot of improvement that this location needs to make. It sucks that if I want to get the food that I grew up loving I have to go to Tremonton to get it because the difference in customer service is astronomical.

Don't go through the drive-thru. My experience at this gas station has been about what I would expect. The service hasn't been bad but it hasn't been great. My only complaint is to drive through. It is a great idea but no one is there to help the customer

Don't go through the drive thru. You will be blatantly ignored for upward of 40 minutes, while the staff do flat out nothing inside. I had family inside texting me that staff were just standing around, while I waited in the drive thru. I'm sorry you guys have nothing better to do than ignore your waiting customers, but not everyone has time to just wait an hour to MAYBE get their order taken. If you don't go INSIDE, you're irrelevant, and they will even flat out tell you to come inside because they don't really watch the window.Update: went back a couple days later, same thing. Sat in my car waiting to be even remotely acknowledged by staff. This was today, May-15-2023. 2 PM. I arrived at 2, sat for a half hour, watched the cash register, and even when there weren't customers at the register, I was ignored. Absolutely, disgustingly infuriating. Do your customers just not matter unless they come inside? Why should it matter? I was there first and watched 7-8 customers who came to the register get served LONG before me, despite my having been waiting 20 minutes before they even walked into the store. I circled the building numerous times trying to draw attention to the fact I was there waiting. But no, we don't matter if we're in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning and I recommend everyone else stop coming here until they can treat ALL their customers with decency.

Having your gas pump shut off at $75 in today’s world is almost laughable. Unless you drive a small vehicle good luck getting close to full for $75. Nobody wants to have to re-swipe your card to fill your truck up SUV. Losing business as I probably won’t stop there to fill my truck up. Other than , not a bad place to stop for food or snacks.

It's NOT ANOTHER MAVERICK!!!You've got to love the neighborhood has stations that not only stand out because of the fantastic green dino, but more so because of the quality of care that is put into maintaining and running them. Most importantly is how they are with their new and regular customers, everyone is important and they treat you as such, after all they want everyone to be a regular.Go in, get some gas, definitely grab a bite, chat briefly, thank them & wish them a great rest of their day ☺️
