They assist with testing batteries, jumping cars, and even replacing parts, coming to the rescue with roadside delivery. However, the store can be confusing as some aisles have missing prices or scribbled-out tags, making it difficult to know costs until checkout. Despite this pricing issue, the staff's helpfulness leads to high recommendations from customers.
We called NAPA in a pinch and they came to the rescue with the parts we needed road side delivery style!
