Awful Experience with Lees Marketplace Florists
I had the misfortune of dealing with Lees Marketplace for a bouquet I wanted to order, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. My dear friend had recommended their services, citing how they were able to fulfill a last-minute order for her on the same day. So, naturally, I thought I'd be in good hands.
Boy, was I wrong. When I called to place my order( 3 days before I even needed it), I was met with an unbelievably rude and disrespectful manager who laughed at me for not ordering sooner. It's one thing to be busy, but to ridicule a customer over the phone is beyond unprofessional. This person clearly has no business being in customer service, especially in an industry where compassion and understanding are supposed to be paramount.
The manager’s attitude was not just unhelpful—it was downright offensive. A florist's job is to spread joy and beauty, not to exhibit an ugly heart. I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and respect. This experience has left such a sour taste that I wouldn’t recommend Lees Marketplace flowers to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place if you value decent customer service.

I ordered a floral spray from our 55+ community for a friend’s funeral. Debbie helped me on the phone. I told them how much money we had collected and she made this beautiful arrangement from the colors I selected. This is a great place to order flowers for your sympathy needs. I’ve done it twice now, and have been very satisfied in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Pharmacy Review Only: I called from Preston ID looking for a medication. The lady tech said yes we have it. I said would you check for sure? She comes back on the phone, yes we have it. I drove the 35 minutes to Lee's pharmacy. They didn't have the right doseage. A different tech was going to help me find the right doseage or see if insurance would pay. I came back a half hour later and she said a pharmacy in Logan UT had it and it was only $20 dollars. I asked her, are you sure, for the name brand? She said yes because it's cheaper to get one pill at the right doseage than five to make up the right doseage. I said great, thanks and headed to Logan. Arriving thirty minutes later, the Logan pharmacy had just received the prescription and I had to wait another half hour. When I finally got my prescription it was the wrong doseage of 5 and not 25. We had discussed the 25 doseage. She totally screwed up! What a wasted evening and gas! This second tech is totally incompetent. If you have to use this pharmacy deal only with the pharmacist.

Lee's Floral Shop is the best floral shop I have ever gone through. They have an amazing selection, were very helpful, and got us exactly what we needed. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be going through them again in the future!!

Nothing against Lees, we love Lees! But my husband and I had a terrible experience, making us no longer wanting to visit this location. My husband took his lunch and was eating by the deli when 8 highschool kids came in probably during lunch. The kids started playing mariachi music and one kid started dancing around the table. I'm dumbfounded against their disregard for our culture. The fact that these kids had the intent of being disrespectful. We get discriminated against all the time, but never thought Logan was this bad. We just had to stand up give them a stern look and leave.

I get that things have changed during the corona virus "pandemic" but just update your hours before I drive 20 minutes because I think you are the only grocery store "open" until midnight. The store hours are listed wrong on Apple Maps, yelp, and on the store itself. Pretty disappointing.

Debbie at Lee's Corner Floral Shop was terrific at helping me put together a basket of plants for a bereaved family. She sent me photos so I knew what I was selecting and took time to get it just right. Thank you Debbie!

We hate the food Mart brand. Western family brand is so much better quality. Food Mart brand has a disgusting taste. No matter what it is ,it don't taste right. Ask the people what they think.
