I love their equine lix. However, I have to travel too far to buy them from other people. I have tried many times to reach someone at the office and the sales person listed on their web site and they will not return my emails or phone calls. It is too bad because if their customer service people would respond to me, I would buy more. I notice that other reviews are replied by stating "I don't show you as a customer" it might be because you don't want them as a customer, You have made it clear you don't want my business.
