I bought a NordicTrac S22i Studio Cycle for my girlfriend back in 2020 for Christmas. The bike was a bit late getting here, so iFIT included a one year membership with the bike as well as a gift card for an additional year to be used at the end of the second year. As expected, we got lazy and let things lapse a bit and when I tried to redeem the free year membership, the card was no longer valid. I emailed the customer service team, and *****, ******, ****** and ****** worked to figure out the problem. Although there was not an easy fix, the team worked together and was able to credit me 11 months, in addition to a one month free trial, equaling a one year free membership. I could not have asked for a more responsive and courteous group of individuals to assist me with my issue. Thanks so much for your help, iFIT.

Bought a brand new 2950 top of the line commercial treadmill 14 months ago. I am running at a speed on 10 last week and it abruptly stops and I almost fly off. Extremely dangerous. Come to find out it does this every 10 seconds when trying to run faster than 10 mph. This is their top of the line best 2950 treadmill we spent $3000 that is nearly brand new. Message them and they say it will cost $250 to have a tech come out and that they will CONTACT me in 5 business days but have no idea once they contact me what the timeline is.For a $3000 commercial treadmill meant to be in a gym to break with a 115 pound female running on it maybe 3 x a week for a year- tells your about the quality of their products. Not only to mention the danger of a treadmill abruptly stopping at high speeds unexpectedly.Looks like it is a manufacturer defect upon installation with the controller board from all the reddit threads online everyone is having this issue at higher speeds- but they still want to charge me for parts and service, UP FRONT with 0 estimation of timeline. Looks like other reviews on this page literally have the same issue with the controller board.DO NOT BUY IFIT PRODUCTS.

IFIT does not honor their warranty. They have horrible customer service yet boast about having the best service. When trying to reach employees you must sit on hold for hours or they advise to submit an email on the website. I have done that multiple times. They takes months to respond to the email and only respond to call the 800 number. When I call, I am placed on hold multiple times and then told someone will call back. They never do. Supposedly the calls are recorded. If so, the reviewers are complicit with the horrible service. I purchased a Proform treadmill and the extended iFIT warranty. The treadmill broke around Thanksgiving 2022. I was told they would send a console replacement part to repair it. Since Dec 2022 they stated the console is back ordered and would be shipped in 3 weeks. We are in February 2023 and now they state it won’t be shipped until late April 2023. I have requested a replacement treadmill as I am entitled to per manufacture warranty and my extended warranty. I keep getting the run around for a treadmill that doesn’t work. I am currently on hold again with the company waiting on a supervisor for an update and resolution. The supervisor Cameron advised they do not replace with new machines only parts. I requested a console to be removed from a new machine and sent to me as this has been an unacceptable delay. I have to follow up with them on the status of my request because they do not return calls. Due to the horrible customer service and lack of replacement parts for when items break, I do not recommend proform items and the iFIT warranty.

I'm updating this review with 2 mire stars because support got back to me and activated the code. But I shouldn't have had to work so hard to get the company to honor their advertising.Beware of empty promises!!! And pay attention to the most recent positive reviews which were paid for thru discounted products!I love the Proform rower that I bought from PriceSmart and one of the things that sold me on it was the offer of a free family ifit membership. I'm including a photo of that part of the box. HOWEVER, the code that is included in a sealed case does not work. When I contacted the company thru chat, Ryan told me that there was no such offer and then hung up the chat. So I contacted support thru email who got right back to me and then nothing. Crickets. I wish that this company would honor their commitments but at this point, I am writing them off.The free app freezes all the time. It doesn't even make it thru a 20 minute workout. When I read the other reviews, others are saying the same about the paid app. So, don't bother.

Updating review since they finally gave me a new treadmill to replace the one I bought that never worked. I'm happy to now be able to use my treadmill. Once they reached out to me to resolve this issue I received better treatment and the treadmill works great. I'm now able to use the ifit membership and I'm loving this. Thank you ifit for resolving my issue and caring about your customers.

You can't even control your own settings on your equipment, it's ridiculous to be locked out of my own machine. I bought it, I own it, I should be able to make my own adjustments, i.e. if it beeps in the early morning or how bright the screen is, etc. These are basic functions and as an owner I would like access to them without having to get permission from customer service. Sure you can lock the safety settings, but all settings!? Come on iFit, stop trying to upsell so much and actually listen to what your customers want.

My wife and I just purchased a treadmill a few weeks ago from iFIT and we are really happy with it. I love how it connects to my phone too. The speakers are loud and produce a great sound. It did take some time to assemble, and you do need someone to help you. But overall, this is a great product! I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

The company has been easy to work with, responsive and helpful. I received a Weider 300 lb. weight set in a timely manner and found everything to be in good condition and excellent quality. This product was given to me free for my honest opinion and I haver been genuinely happy with the outcome.

I have enjoyed working with iFIT as a company. The Weider 300 Lbs. Cast Iron Weight Set (HOPH300) that I received was shipped in a timely manner, was received in great condition, was exactly what I was expecting and was easy to assemble and use. I have used this product for a few weeks in my home gym, the set has a great range of weights and the spring clip securely holds the weights on the olympic weight bar. The company was great in their communication with me concerning my order. I have come to trust that their products will be made with quality and customer satisfaction as a top priority.I have used this product, that I received free, in return for my honest opinion, and my review is based on my personal use of this product.

My experience so far with iFIT has been awesome. The customer service team is very attentive and their equipment is top of the line. I recently got a compact elliptical and for a moment I thought that the machine would be massive being that I have a small space to keep it. However, the machine fits quite well in my bedroom without taking away from its quality. I received this discounted product in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback.

I got a compact elliptical from iFIT and it came perfectly packaged. The instructions were clear and I was able to put it together myself. We have limited space, and this elliptical fits in our small garage. It is very sturdy when using it, but it's light that I can move it around with the wheels that come on the front of the machine. Very happy with this elliptical. I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

I highly recommend iFIT to anyone that is listening! The customer representatives that I've been in contact with since receiving my at home exercise equipment have been extremely responsive. Each step of the process has been great from the beginning: Fast shipment, easy assembly, interface connectivity between my elliptical and the app was seamless, and the iFIT app is so easy to use. The workout options are endless and each trainer that I have tried has been motivating and welcoming . It's impossible to get bored with so many workouts to choose from! I received the item at a discounted rate for sharing my unbiased opinion.

I have had a great experience with my bike and iFIT app. It was so easy to assemble and it’s so easy to get into a routine for great workouts in the comfort of your home. It doesn’t take up up much space , so that’s a plus for me. Also, I was happy that I can wear my regular tennis shoes and not shoes that Clíp on the pedals.
