We just did the emissions testing for 2 vehicles. I'm in a wheelchair and their waiting area is not accessible so I waited in my vehicle. They were fast and efficient.
The second vehicle my wife took in and again it was prompt and efficient.

Went in there with some concerns about a shake in the engine. After diagnosing it for a day they came back with other things they thought I should fix that was more then I wanted to spend. I felt they were just trying to get more money out of me. Finally after just saying I wanted the 2 things fixed that I came in there for, and they originally said it would fix your problem, they gave me a quote, but didn't give me any confidence that it would actually fix my issue anyways. They really never took ownership of, I will fix your problem! it was more like, I'll take your money. When I drove out of there it sounded and felt like I did when I brought it there.

Great customer service! Went in for emissions and registration, came out with a fixed key fob that now actually keeps my key in it and a new cabin air filter that makes my once puny a/c run like a friggin champ. Really impressed with the ease of getting everything done there and Mike is a really great guy. I'm pretty impressed!
