“I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Lonny. My mom is elderly and her battery was dead. I am 300 miles away so I called Big O since they have always done the service on her car. I explained the situation to Lonny and he spent his lunch hour to go to her house get her car, changed the battery and delivered it back to her. That was so kind of you and greatly appreciated. “I used to work at Napa and would always deliver to these guys. While working there, BT Pearson became one of my favorite shops to deliver to. I would take my truck there for oil change changes, any little problem, and so many other things. They were always friendly and willing to help. I no longer work at Napa but my truck was giving me issues with a fuel cap sensor recently. I took it to them and they were able to help me. But even more so, when I mentioned my truck door had been broken for over a year and a half, they did not hesitate to help and figure out the issue.
