Terrible customer service. No one at this branch cares about the customer experience. I have come into this bank several times because it is closest to my house and a business I work with regrettably uses Zions bank.

Been with Zions for more than 25 years and this last experience tells me it's time to move banks. Went in for the Wires Enrollment with my wife and the employee took my paperwork and told me we were good to go. I double checked with him since we hadn't signed the form and he told me he was assured by his manager that we were good to go. Turns out they just didn't want to deal with my paperwork that day. So a week later, they called me and told me and my wife to come back to sign. We finished that the very day they called us. It's supposed to be a two business day process and here we are a week later and they still haven't turned in the paperwork so I can wire money to complete an investment. 3 weeks in the process and no email or notification to let me know where they are. I had to find out from the customer service number that they still haven't submitted our signed form. Goodluck working with these guys.

Worse Zions bank branch, I have 2 business accounts and personal account as well. This branch makes everything difficult every time I go do a deposit or any type of transaction, I spend around 10-15 for a single deposit, shouldn’t take that long, this branch makes me want to close out my accounts from Zions and take my money else where, they need to improve or will do sure end up closing my accounts.

Giving a one star because I can't give zero. Evelyn is the rudest manager I have ever met! The last several times she has been extremely short with the tellers. This time I asked her a question and instead of answering she started speaking in Spanish to the teller. Don't bother going to this branch!

Zions Bank has become desperate to collect whatever "fees" possible. Not a long time ago they transformed my basic business account into a paid premium variant, without my consent. Today something else: I received a letter about the "discount" no longer applying on the "complimentary safe deposit box". It wasn't any perk. It was a feature of the checking account at the time I opened it. I am getting tired of the constant vigilance necessary with Zions, and am planning to move my business elsewhere (and I have been a customer since 1998; that's why I am giving one star above the absolute minimum).Edit: I went to the branch today to return the box. The very nice teller told me there was some mix-up at the corporate level. Well, I may stay with Zions a little longer.

Went inside to withdraw cash. When I approached the teller, I took my ID out and my debit card. When I looked up, my ID was taken away from me by the teller and I didn’t have the opportunity to hand her my debit card. She was at the drive through computer and made me verify almost shout my entire PRIVATE information in front of everybody!! These people need to be fired!!!

I Almost never have a problem with Zions but this bank is straight up racist they only wanted to give me $50 of my $300 check they’ve never done this before, immediately when the old rag heard my accent she started to talk to her manager,don’t recommend going here,very disappointed in Zions bank

This branch is great! Christian and Mary are great tellers and Evelyn is a fantastic manager. They are very quick and knowledgeable and will brighten your day. 5/5 experience
