Scheduled a vaccination appointment through the app. Arrived on time and checked in via the app. Waited. After 10 minutes went to the counter and let them know we were waiting for immunization. Lady printed out some forms to give to pharmacist and said have a seat. Waited another 35 minutes. They totally forgot about us. So we left. Then Derek called us asked where we were. Told him we waited 45 minutes and left. All he said was ok thanks have a nice day goodbye. No sorry, nothing. They need a better process. We were scheduled and arrived and used the app to check in as instructed per text. Shouldn't have to sit and wait 45 minutes.

I was a little nervous having my prescription sent here after reading these reviews, but I thought the pharmacy was great. The line was long, but moved quickly. Sarah was very helpful!

My wife went to pick up medicine and got yelled at for 20 min by the supposed supervisor (some unhelpful grumpy old lady). Everyone in line could hear her. I don’t know if that’s some sort of HIPPA violation.
The story is my wife called in to ask about changing her dosage from a 15 day supply to a 90 day supply due to a notification we got from our insurance. She was told over the phone there was no issue with that so she went to pick it up and the lady just accused her of making up some story cause my wife didn’t know the name of the person she talked to. 0 help was offered. 0 empathy and 0 concern and horrific customer service. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

We have gone here 3 times since we moved here 2 months ago and it has been a terrible customer experience all 3 times. The pharmacy staff is rude, 2 times they lost the prescription and it took over a week to get a standard medication back in stock. If you have the option, go literally anywhere else.

I have made two vaccine appointments and each time I showed up on time and waited an hour past my appointment time just to be told that they were out of the vaccine I needed for my daughter. Why am I making an appointment online days in advance, listing the vaccines I need, and then being told after waiting for an hour that they don't have the vaccine. It's not like it should be a surprise. Then when I try to call in advance to verify that they have the vaccine I need, I wait on hold for another hour and no one answers. This is the worst pharmacy hands down.

Slowest pharmacy.... line is always insane and you stand in it for 30 min. But they have like 8 people working. I swear they're doing this on purpose just to screw with us....

I’ve loved having my prescriptions filled here. I usually never have to wait more than 10 min through a line because they have several workers. They are always friendly and ask if I have any questions about the meds. They even have auto refills on your prescriptions. They’ll call and let you know it’s ready for pickup. Their drive through isn’t ever closed beyond their normal close times. I’ve never had such great service any other place I’ve filled my prescriptions.

I called as I drove 20 + minutes waited in line for another 10 to 15 minutes and was able to get service in person faster than they answered the phone. You’re probably better off sending smoke signals to another pharmacy than calling this place for any help.
They aren’t very nice but that doesn’t matter to me as long as you answer the phone! But they can’t even do that!!
The reviews don’t lie go somewhere else. They might be low staffed or a high volume pharmacy but I’m sure they could do something to improve.

I changed pharmacies a few years ago due to long waits and rude staff. My physician accidentally sent a prescription there today, when I went to go pick it up the girl running the drive through was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She was also on the phone and completely ignoring me during our transaction. I will be sure to not give them further business.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I called 5 days ago to get a prescription transferred, I was assured it would be filled that day. After the weekend I called again to try and figure out why it still wasn’t filled, seems nothing was done on first call, was assured it was taken care of. Still no fill, text, update. Called again a day later asking why and if there was anything else I could do. They told me I couldn’t do anything with the other pharmacy it was transferred from and that it would be taken care of and filled in 2 hours. I called the other pharmacy anyway and Jo told me it was transferred over days ago. 6 hours later, still no refill, I can’t get it at the old pharmacy as it is now transferred here and they won’t refill. I have been out of my meds for almost a week and it is important I take it every day. This is absolutely horrible!!! Do not go here!!! I will be transferring to another pharmacy as soon a I can

Incompetent pharmacy staff. Wait times to pick up simple prescriptions typically over 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and switch your prescriptions to Amazon pharmacy.

The people here are very inpatient and rude. They seem bothered and have no desire to help a patient. Terrible customer service.
