This store is small but this team does so much work! And always with a smile. Today Griffin was super helpful when I accidentally didn't have the right info at the desk. He showed no frustration and was super understanding and friendly. I always have a good experience at this store!

"I came here to drop off 6 boxes. I first got in line, and when it was my turn, I requested a dolly and left the boxes. After dropping them off, when I asked for the drop-off receipt, a young man who was there was about to give it to me when a blonde girl, who seemed to think she was important, said that I needed to get back in line. This behavior was very unpleasant. Since I was in a hurry, I decided to forgo the receipt and left."

Don't expect them to be able to overnight anything successfully; the place is staffed with high schoolers who are overworked since everyone packs into the only store for a population of 50,000 people in our town. Friendly service, but absolute incompetence.

This place is so quick. There are times when everyone in SS wants to return packages at the exact same time, but they make sure to get things through quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for a better UPS Store experience.

This store has so many wonderful employees who do a great job helping all the people who come here. This location seems to be lots of Amazon returns (myself included) so the line often moves very quickly, when there is one. As expected, it can be very busy the weeks before/after Christmas and the day before/after other holidays where gifts are mailed.

Very crowded...so many customers with Amazon returns. I actually needed copy services and Zion was beyond helpful. Definitely made the stressful situation much better. Is there a way to divide the line to assist customers with your regular services?

Great people but seriously lacking organization for busy times. Crazy lack of dedicated line, confused people no one knowing who was next. Definitely need a dedicated line just for Amazon returns so they can’t get stopped up with printer problems, copies, etc. 3 employees were working on a broken printer while I was there or something and the line had at least had 25 people looping around confusing every person who walked through the door.

The employees are great and the store is clean but every visit is a crazy mess of disorganized people. Sometimes the line is a hydra and no one knows who is waiting for who. Today it was a sacrificial circle of mostly Amazon returns where no one knows where the end was. I tried asking multiple people and they just stared at me. No one wants to wait in that mess. I understand that this is popular store but UPS can do more to make the line more obvious and less chaotic. It would truly be a better experience for everyone.
