Zero customer service. Came for a propane tank refill. Attendant says he needs to go take care of other things. I wait for about 30 mins, no sign of anyone coming. Not worth it to save a few bucks over an exchange.

I just want to thank Lyndzee and her team for the great customer service I received at the Saratoga location. I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. They went above and beyond. Thank you again for your help and kindness in this matter. I highly recommend shopping at Tractor Supply.

My wife bought me a 6ah 20v DeWalt battery for Christmas and after a few uses, the battery stopped charging..... I went into the store to buy some other things (Saratoga springs) and talked to a manager (Sunday morning) and was told I could bring it in and they would exchange it with and I'd so I brought it in today (Monday) and misty a different manager said I couldn't return it.... Battery is in still great shape minimal scratches and no big dents in it.... Horrible customer service, i will be taking my business somewhere else... As a business owner and the amount of money I spend there it is their loss...

This is a great stop off for tools, machined parts, and a whole lot of cool gadgets and fun items. Definitely a spot to go for serious homesteading and taking care of your animals.

Look when you need stuff for your home or farm or ranch come here and get it. They have it all, whatever you may need or what your heart desires. Form the feed for your animals to building a fence to garden stuff. Come here and get it!
