We stopped by Les Schwab to see if they could help, even though they were closing. They happily took care of the repair in spite of being closed and got her on her way. They even did the repair free of charge. I've had a similar experience previously with Les Schwab and really appreciate their support of those in their community. “Ok being a female walking into any kind of automotive shop has always made me wary. Are they going to take advantage of me and upsell me, etc. But my husband was just here for a tire last week and he told me he really liked these guys. So here we are, we think we might have ran over a tire on our way up to Hill AFB yesterday. Pressure light for our right side back tire was the issue now. When he was there last week it was the front right. My husband had to change to the spare to make sure we got home ok. He told me to try and take it in today to this Discount Tire since he had to work. I got there just before 10am , no appt on a Saturday -- but they got me in! I was in and out in 20 mins and they said NO CHARGE FOR TIRE REPAIRS!! They even made sure the others were all in good condition and had enough air. At first they couldn't find the issue, no nail. But when I told him the pressure indicator came on and was telling us different- he went back and rechecked it and found an issue with the valve! Epic service! The guys I dealt with ...from the counter person who checked me in to the guy who serviced my car... were super friendly, polite and very professional. Idk if all Discount Tires are like this but this one is awesome. I highly recommend them.”
