Taylor the pharmacist helped my pregnant girlfriend though the isles to find the perfect over the counter medication, because our prescription didn’t go though. Helped us incredibly, thank you so much.

Don’t come in here after 8pm. They don’t have enough registers open. ALWAYS long lines to check-out. Even self check. Horrible customer service.

A couple months ago an employee here walked up to me as I was walking to my car and asked me "are you a guy or a girl?" And I'm honestly still upset by it, I avoid going back because I don't want to see him

went here to buy some dry ice and went in line and when i asked they made a huge deal of it. i asked for two pounds and they literally only gave me one because i saw it being weighed on the screen. one of the employees named carrissa was making comments right in front of us complaining about us buying dry ice and accusing us of making a bomb??? completely unprofessional comment to make. so disappointed with my visit paid for something i didn’t even get and had rude comments from employees. absolutely terrible behavior

The store has no Minute Maid lemonade ZERO SUGAR available, and their app doesn't tell you at all if they have it in stock or not. Edit: How many times do I have to say ZERO SUGAR!

My experience with this store and the Kroger company has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered grocery pickup. They sent me home with someone else's groceries. I called the store when I noticed and they said to bring it back and they would give me my order. Already a major inconvenience because it was lunch time and nap time for my toddler. He had an accident in the car since we had to spend extra time getting back to the store. I returned the other groceries and they didn't have my order. They said they would call later with an update. They never did. So I called. When I called they said they had my order and they would throw in a gift card for the inconvenience. When I went back they made me sit out in the heat for over half an hour and never brought me my groceries. I finally walked up to the door and they just said they were confused and unable to do anything because they couldn't find my food and there wasn't a manager on site. One of the managers called me later but I missed the call and they didn't pick up when I called back 2 minutes later. I reached out to customer service through the company. They were unable to help me get my order. I kept being sent to a higher up supervisor with no luck repacking my order. Hours of time on the phone, in the car, and in the store parking lot wasted. They offered a refund but it takes 7 days to process so we are still without our money and without food for the week. Thanks for your help, Smith's. We will be taking our business to Walmart.

Always clean and the staff is always helpful. Great selection and good prices.
Update 7/2024. Lines habe gotten long. Especially on weekends. More checkers would be nice. Produce is good quality and it's nice to find clearance items marked down around the store. If you keep an out, you can find some great clearance deals.

I went to the front desk, asked to pay for a bottle of water and a bill, which then two customer service men and a woman started speaking to me in Spanish. I don’t know what they say because I am not Spanish. Then the older gentleman begins to laugh. I am never going back to the store again.
