When picking up my prescription, the woman who checked me out acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She was very cold and unfriendly. This was not the best first impression of the pharmacy.

They are very slow to fill prescriptions. Sometimes even forget they have them to fill. If a woman helps you expect subpar customer service over the phone or in person where you feel like you are an inconvenience. All the males I’ve called or had help me in person have been great. If you can get your prescription filled anywhere else do so. This place truly does not like making money.

Not bad I don’t deal with them a lot but the prices seem fair just wish they would mail cheaper this is the most expensive pharmacy I have dealt with that charges for shipping for ground or overnight. Never dared to ask questions about my medicine too they do come off busy. 4 out of 5 due to price of medicine.

So grateful that a pharmacy is making medication affordable for the average person. Some medications lately have been unavailable either due to cost or supply chain problems. I love this pharmacy! I rarely have to wait in line at all to pick up a prescription. They respond to refill requests or questions by text. They are amazing!

Really excellent option for meds and compounds in Saratoga springs. They are busy but they move quickly. Knowledgable helpful staff. I’ve been really pleased and they are a nice alternative to the chain Pharmacys around.

The staff at Westlake are awesome, they have gone above and beyond for me and it's worth noting these people are really good at what they do but also how they accommodate. I also have some compounded medications that I always get in a timely manner instead of waiting for a long time. Can't recommend this place enough!
