The vet called me between every single decision they had to make, he was always completely transparent about the price, there were no surprise add-ons. His communication was clear and consistent and even when the emergency surgery went beyond what he expected, he stuck with his original quote because he knew money was a concern for us. This will be our family vet for life. A huge thank you to Dr Ferrers and his amazing staff.

Riverside Pet Care
1068 N Redwood Rd suite b, Saratoga SpringsI am so impressed by Riverside Pet Care and the whole staff. We had a difficult puppy and they were so patient and kind with her. It was so nice taking her there every year for her check-ups. Most recently, she was sick and needed end of life care and the whole staff was amazing. They were very clear about what our options were. They were empathetic and sensitive. They gave us the time we needed and lets us sit with her as long as we needed. I never felt rushed or pushed into any decision. On top of all of that, today we received a card signed by many of the staff. To me that’s above and beyond what they needed to do. You can really tell they care for these animals and their families. Thank you Riverside Pet Care we will for sure be coming back, when we get our next furry family member.

717 N Redwood Rd Ste 115, Saratoga SpringsFirst time here. So far a great experience and good food. Met the owners brother and the cook today. Got the terriaki chicken Jr bowl good size, good amount of food, maybe add lil more flavor. The decor was nice too, I like the theme. Staying positive goes a long way. Appreciate it gentlemen.
