People of Lexi’s caliber do not come often in general let alone in a public facing profession.
I’d highly recommend this gas station for customer service alone and even better they’re backed up with good pricing!
Unpredictable expenses can throw off even the most responsible, not saying I am but when Lexi saw my struggles? Without hesitation showed so much humanity, so kind, generous & patient.
Never good when others see you struggle but it’s a little easier with hood people like her around.
That said all staff there seems awesome, Lexi demonstrated going above & beyond.
(Going to leave review on app as well but couldn’t forget this.)

My husband and I only go in when Debbie the assistant manager is working, she is friendly and engages with the customers, she is amazing, store is always clean and stocked, Murphy’s this lady deserves a good raise..

We asked for $10 in gas and the cashier put $60 on and made us pay even though we didn’t have the money. This wasn’t our fault and had to pay $50 for his mistake. He was very rude and inconsiderate.

horrible atrocious experience. The old man cashier who looked like a ron charged us $50 more than we asked for in gas and made us pay when we didn’t have the money. Me and my teenage friends didn’t have the money for this and still had to pay for his mistake. He was fugly too not sure why he’s acting up.

It I could rate this less I would. I walked in and asked for $10 cash on pump #2, I started filling up and realized it was going past my ten dollars, the cashier comes running out telling me to come in and insists that I pay for the $50 of extra gas it pumped. I told him I didn’t have the money for that I’m a teenager who doesn’t make any money, and still insisted that I payed for his mistake, he was incredibly rude and inconsiderate and wouldn’t admit it was his fault even tho it was cash so how could I have made that mistake. He was an old man with grey hair that was high key fugly, I didn’t get to catch his name so I would say he looks like a “ron”. I ended up paying the extra 50 with the help of my 3 friends who where sitting in the car and somehow we ended up having enough. I hope this man that looks like “ron” gets fired.this is completely his fault and we shouldn’t have had to paid for it. Do something about this now. He stank too -4 teenage girls that where taken advantage of

I walked in on 12/20/22.I made a trip out of my way to fill up and redeem a text promotion that Murphy Express texted me in their loyalty program the night before.I opened the door and grabbed 4 energy drinks. The lights were on right behind the doors and the drink section was lit up like a Christmas tree and so I pushed on the door and it sung wide open. I turned to walk towards the registers and just as I noticed the dim lights above the register I was going to pay for my gas and 4 drinks, I hear a grumpy old lady with glasses snarkily say “Can’t you tell the lights are off?!? We’re closed. We don’t open til 7 this week because of [yadda yadda]…”I was taken back for a sec on how aggressive and upset she sounded at me. I thought she was joking around but her face made it clear she was NOT joking. She wanted me to know she was upset at me. Sorry?“Ok.” I said. So I opened the fridge, put my 4 energy drinks away and walked out. It was 6 minutes away from 7AM.As I started to put the drinks away she said “That’s alright, I will help you over here.”I politely responded, “No that’s ok, you’re closed. I’m sorry.” And I walked out empty handed.I am a regular at this place and I didn’t think that woman would treat me like that because I’ve always been polite and always cordial with her, even though she has a tendency to drone on and on about how it’s her responsibility to open or close all the time, and how she turns away people’s applications who apply for the job from India.If a business is going to get bothered by customers who walk in through an OPEN AND UNLOCKED door, for trying to support their business, then maybe it would be wise to make sure the doors remain locked until the time you want to serve them? I think that’s better than the alternative of barking at the customer and making them feel super awkward because they were passive aggressive.I will no longer be a regular gas and goodies customer here. This situation is a pitty bc I fill up a ton bc I drive for Lyft.There are 8 different gas stations that are closer to me, but Murphy’s normally has the lowest gas price, and a decent loyalty program.However, I don’t ever wanna see or listen to that grumpy lady’s complaints any longer.MGMT: Be Advised and Train accordingly on the lifetime value of a customer.

I go here every week some weeks it seems like everyday. Their employees are awesome! They've seen me at my best, worst and stupidest when I'm not thinking straight especially with hangovers. It's a solid gas station!

The new lady is wonderful! She started 2-3 months ago . She is upbeat and seems to really care about the customers and the upkeep of the store. When she works things are stalked and clean .
