I tried to cash a check today in this bank and a worker at the counter said there was no money on my bosses account knowing that he has enough to cash my check. So i go to another bank and gladly cashed my check and took my money... i would never go back to this bank its a total waste a time. They create problems we the people dont need.. every working person in this bank is a complete waste of time and oxygen.

There one girl here that refuses to let me do more than two deposits she rather me go inside which is inconvenient for me and it’s funny that this is the only branch that I have issues at she doesn’t need to be working here I found out today that it is not policy that I must go in to do my deposits so she basically lied just so I have to not use the drive up seriously

Very bad service, the representative called Cole has very bad aptitude, I will not return to this branch with this guy and his face not at all friendly.

Outside ATM doesn't work. Out of desperation got money from the UCCU down the street that charged me and ATM fee and then MACU had the nerve to charge a fee for using a different credit union ATM.

STAY AWAY. Careless and inexperienced staff! I took out a loan months ago and was contacted today informing me the loan officer messed up and they want me to randomly pay $600+ to cover my GAP when it should of been covered back then! And no documents were uploaded on their end! When I expressed my frustration, the response was "we have the name of the employee and will give that feedback to management". That statement doesn't excuse a huge mistake that affects a member's loan and financial status, not to mention GAP insurance.
After receiving ONE phone call in 4 months, I get a statement in the mail the next day saying they've tried contacting me multiple times and it was my final notice to provide documents. The documents I provided the same day I completed the loan process.
Hold your employees accountable and don't go after your members.
This experience will most likely result in me transferring my loan and closing accounts.

The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. I said there was a charge on my account that I didn’t make and needed to dispute/refund it. Told them the company that charged me wasn’t responding. She said she found the charge but then kept saying she would “see what she could do” about like 4 different charges, none of which was the one I actually needed disputing. I kept explaining exactly which one I was talking about and she said she could see it, but was saying it was from autozone, maverick and like 2 other stores. Didn’t seem to understand this charge was made by 1 company, was successfully taken out of my account, and needed to be disputed. Felt like I was talking in circles and was very frustrated.

99% of the time The ATM doesn’t accept cash nor you can make any deposits. This is so annoying because it’s always always the problem. and when you come inside to either make a transaction, there’s always a lot of people and the tellers. Take their sweet time instead of like speed up processes to take care of the clients quicker.
***6- 26-24 almost 2 months and the ATM has the same problem*** see picture today. This is ridiculous.

I was in this office four times for the same issue, speaking to different people and none of them could help me with the request. When a supervisor was needed, he or she was not available or was not in the office. This office is the worst!!

I called ahead on a Saturday morning to be sure they had enough cash available to buy a used car. They did so I went in and asked for the cash but Normandy seemed perturbed to have to open another teller because the lines were long but she did. She refused to count the cash out to me and said the machine counted it twice. She waited while I counted out the second batch. Not a smile from her or anything friendly at all to say. She did mention she was from Oregon and insisted she did not have a Utah accent. Although it was hard for her to speak clearly she did manage to eventually get the correct amount of cash. I asked why she needed to know where I worked and why I had to give her my job title. She refused to explain and only said a form was required. Most MACU branches are closed on Saturday and I would have preferred a cashiers check but the seller wanted cash.

Seriously fix your ATM, this is the fourth time I have shown up at this location and the ATM isn't working. I work hours that don't allow me to deposit during business hours. This is getting ridiculous.
