“I think in principal, I just can’t give Walmart five stars. It is obviously a very cheaply priced place. It has its place in society. I go there not as often as I used to. When it is convenient, I will shop there. I think they’ve done a good job in changing their “people of Walmart” perception, but I suppose that depends on location. Enjoy shopping at Walmart.”

“Taylor the pharmacist helped my pregnant girlfriend though the isles to find the perfect over the counter medication, because our prescription didn’t go though. Helped us incredibly, thank you so much.”

“It's probably really funny for me to be reviewing WalMart...But I feel like this WalMart was slightly better than the rest last time I visited. The first time I visited, there was a mile long line and everyone had to use self checkout. The place was an absolute disaster; there was more pallets in the aisles than there are fish in Utah lake. Granted, it was sorta almost closing time but I was amazed at how unorganized and chaotic it was. This was just a normal evening, not Black Friday. However, I visited WalMart again in the middle of June and it was for an order pickup. I just got one thing but I had never used the order pickup before. I pulled up to a spot and it was pretty self explanatory. You needed to call the number posted at your parking spot and tell them what order you were here for and what spot you're in. It really stuck with me how nice the lady who answered the phone was, as well as the gentleman who gave me my order. They were both super super friendly, especially for Walmart.”

“I am genuinely saddened to see the poor reviews here as the pharmacy techs are always so kind and very efficient!!

In the probably 10 + years I have been going here I have never once seen them standing around, lollygagging, dragging their feet, or seeming in any way incompetent or unprofessional. They are awesome!

Covid was a nightmarish circus for pretty much every business. guaranteed the smiths pharmacy being understaffed or having the drive-thru closed was not for kicks and giggles.

IMHO, business reviews from the beginning thru the end of covid should be stricken from the archives of the interwebs with ratings adjusted accordingly.”
