The customer service I received was very poor, if I could give a negative one I would definitely do that. The person was rude, somewhat hostile and treated me like I should know exactly what I need to provide for a package pickup when this is the first time I have used that service. She made absolutely no attempt to hide that she did not want to be there or to provide me with any decent service.

I was dreading the visit based on reading the reviews. But I walked up, asked if they supported QR codes, and I was out of there in 30 seconds. Caroline even double checked that the package was sealed on both ends and she taped it up for me.

I had a great experience here! The store manager was the one who helped me. She was informative and patient. She looked up several options for me as I tried to decide which was best for what I was shipping. My first time here, and I will return again!

The staffs are not professional, they were very rude and unhelpful. I told them to add a signature to my package and she said she did. I just find out she didn’t add signature to the package when she created the label. If my family member doesn’t receive the package you would be held accountable.

Girl working at 9:50 am Monday December 18th is extremely rude and incompetent. 30 minutes to ship a single package and then when politely asked for a timeline she was VERY rude with her response. Garbage people like this need to be fired.

Their Google Maps schedule, as well as their sign at the door, says they open at 9am. I and another customer showed up at 10am and it was still closed. This was not a holiday or daylight savings. I asked a couple of Walmart employees and apparently this happens often, that they open very late. This was 1 hour late. The other customer ended up just leaving.Right around 10:05am an employee showed up. She wondered why it was not opened and told me that someone else was supposed to have opened at 9am and apologized. She was really sweet and helped me super fast to get my stuff shipped.To whoever owns or manages this location:It is not acceptable to open 1 hour late and to have it happen frequently. If you are not committed to ensuring you or your staff open on time, then change your schedule to what you will commit to, and keep that commitment. It is not ok to tell your customers your hours and then not be here. This will destroy your business.Best wishes!

Slowest and most incompetent shipping location I've ever been to. Two of us in line with one person working the registered. I waited 30 mins in line before receiving assistance. All I needed was for them to scan my barcode and purchase a box. The employee didn't know if they had any boxes for sale. Poor management, go elsewhere

I am upset that Kinkos charges me $2.50 if I walk in and ask the team member to print something for me. I have to use the website because of this. I am upset about the difficult of use your website presents. Your website is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly AT ALL. I am upset that I have already paid for my order, but when I go to pick it up I have to wait 20 mintues to get it. Why can I not just grab it and go? It is already paid for, why do I have to wait so long to get it? I am upset that your store did not give me a receipt, so I am unable to do the survey. I am upset that I called the number that is online to make a compalint and that department is closed. No one who I talked wo could give me the web address to go online to take the survey about my experience. The web address is on every receipt, but I was not given a receipt in order to have that address. I am upset that one of the customer service representitives I talked to hung up on me. I am upset that there is no feedback at the end of calls to your representives. I am simply trying to make copies and it has taken 3 hours of my time. ABSURD!

Super dissapointed with this location. Placed an order, the order was supposed to be laminated. It was delivered to me un-laminated. I was told to bring it back to the location so they could laminate it for me. I showed up Friday at 9am, the location wasn't open. I waited around until 9:20, the location still wasn't open. I ended up leaving because I had to go to work :(

Brinlee was amazing! Super helpful and kind. There was a lot of customers in the shop and she was the only one there and did a great job at helping everyone in a timely manner. Definitely a proffered location for me now!

When calling, I could not speak with the local office. The person I spoke with at a call center wouldn't look up my info and kept passing it to other stores. The local office has always been very helpful and polite.
