Car Wash in Saratoga Springs, UT

“Update: the manager, Mike, called me and was very solicitous. We talked for a while and it felt like his only concern was to improve the performance of his location, not the bad review. He asked a lot of questions and really listened. He asked for my honest input and invited me to contact him directly if I had any future issues. I’ve been back to this location a few times since my original review and It’s been great! Much better experience with towels, vacuums and operating hours. Thanks Mike!! Five stars for actually caring.

I’m giving this location two stars out of five, and honestly, I wish I didn’t have to. As an Uber driver, I rely on Quick Quack a lot and generally love the convenience of their locations across Salt Lake and Utah County. However, the Saratoga Springs spot on Redwood Road has been the most disappointing location I’ve ever visited.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the staff is usually friendly, but the issues keep piling up. The towels often smell like mildew, the vacuums are frequently broken or in disrepair, and I’ve encountered the wash being out of order multiple times. Despite all that, I kept coming back because it’s my closest location and I appreciated the convenience.

But the final straw came tonight when I arrived well before their posted closing time (they’re supposed to be open until 7 PM and I got there at about 6:26). Not only was the car wash closed early, but the vacuums were shut down too, and there was no staff in sight, despite the sign out front still saying they were open. I ended up having to drive out of my way to another location in Eagle Mountain, which was thankfully still operating as it should.

In short, it’s super frustrating and unprofessional for a business to close up early when customers are relying on their stated hours. I hope management can address these issues because this location has a lot of room for improvement.”

“I've been using this car wash for years, since it was papa's. When wiggy's took over, they had some data migration that messed up my account.

The manager, Kailey $ Keydran were so professional in helping me reactivate my account.

Everytime I take my car here, it comes out almost brand new. I like that they have the carpet cleaner, vacuum, towels etc for your pleasure and on top of that it's cheaper than the competition.”

“Got gas drove right up! the pumps looked clean! The trashes cans were empty and windshield cleaner was stocked and towels. Didn’t go inside but outside of store looked well kept and clean!”
