“Unique Auto Body in Saratoga Springs, Utah is by far one of the best auto body shops in Utah County...possibly in Utah! Not only are the fair in their pricing and dealings with the customer, but they take the extra time to ensure I know exactly the steps being taken to repair my vehicle. Even though insurance was taking care of the repair, they took the time to inform me of any additional repairs needed.

The work that they did to my F-150 truck was quite extensive - and I can usually find some minor detail that was overlooked (when I've had repairs done at other locations, that is...). I received my truck back 1-month ago and I have yet to find even a single flaw or detail that was overlooked! This place is by far the best auto repair shop around!”

After going back and forth with Unique Auto Body and being disappointed in their inability to give me an actual quote, I tried Collision. They fixed my van for the quoted amount and within the time frame quoted. When I got my van back, a bunch of check engine and warning lights were on. I took it back in and they told me it was the battery. They walked me across the street to an auto parts store, helped me pick out a battery, and installed it in my van for no charge. I couldn’t believe how kind and accommodating they were and it was by no fault of their own that my battery was bad. It was just a kind service they did for me. They helped restore my faith in car repair shops.”

“I stopped by Dent Master today because we had a mishap with our travel trailer, which now needs some repairs. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful. He said that while they were more than willing to do the repair for us, it was a fairly simple repair that we could likely do ourselves, and would save about 50% of the $2,000 cost. He then proceeded to look up the parts we needed, and even printed the price sheets from their supplier out, and wrote down all the information we'd need to give the supplier to order the parts, and explained what the repairs entailed. NO ONE gives that kind of customer service! I was so impressed - and grateful! No wonder they are so busy!”

They were really easy to work with, helping me communicate with insurance and got the work done in a good amount of time.Months and months after that, I had another small incident with my car. I ultimately decided to take the car to the shop so he could look at it in person and he was able to help me with a short term solution until I am ready to pay for the full fix. “I rarely write reviews. So I want to assure everyone who reads the many positive reviews of Dennis and the BOSS Automotive team that they are indeed accurate. We had what we believed to be a major issue with our vehicle- as diagnosed by a local dealer, who immediately offered us a lowball price to trade it in for a new vehicle I was skeptical, so I dropped in at BOSS, with no appointment, for a second opinion. Not only did Dennis greet me in the parking lot, he gladly inspected our SUV and diagnosed that there was no issue- no codes showed up. However, he did notice that the dealer let us drive off their lot with NO coolant, so Dennis filled us up with coolant at no charge, and wouldn't accept payment for helping us out. He was very knowledgeable about our engine, warranties, and future considerations for our SUV. Needless to say, we'll be visiting BOSS again for any service needs, and recommend you do the same.”
