ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS. This is the worst run AutoZone location! Randomly closed, rude employees, and never have items in stock. Will definitely be sending this to AutoZone.

The manager and employees here arw always late. Store always opens half hour to an hour after their normal schedule. They push us to start going to O'Reilly store across the street. Bad job autozone

Came in yesterday afternoon for a quick sensor check. It appeared that it was understaffed that day and the Manager was left to deal with things all on his own. He was extremely quick, helpful and kind to everyone and provided excellent service despite this. I was very impressed by his service and ability to manage the influx of customers, including myself. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name but I can sure as hell recall what can only be described as a stellar mustache.

I called this store asking for two rear hub assemblies and if they had them in stock. They said “we will have to order them from other stores and they should be here about 5 pm tomorrow” then said “we can’t order them unless you pay for them now over the phone”. So I paid for both parts over the phone. They charged me for both parts according to my bank statement. They said they would send me an email receipt. Then never sent it. So now I have no receipt for the transaction. So when I showed up they said they only had one of the two and that the second one wasn’t coming. They told me the eagle mountain store had the other one and to go get it myself. Obviously that’s not how that works so when I showed up to the eagle mountain location they couldn’t just give me the part because I paid for it at the Saratoga store. So these guys really stole $100 from me and then told me to get lost.

4/5 times that I’ve gone into this store I always ask for certain parts, give them the correct info and have to go back 2-3 times because I’m given wrong parts. Other situations I go in and ask to see if they have the part available and I’m told to go look in the asiles myself lol. Horrible customer service, always on their phones. Or Riley def better.

Don't trust the online inventory. Went there 2 times today and they didn't have what i needed. Then got told the parts are still in totes in the back meanwhile 3 people were sitting around. I got told to go somewhere else.

Lucas was so helpful with my windshield wipers - I had purchased the wrong ones, needed to return them, and needed assistance in getting the new ones one. He didn’t make me feel stupid or like it was burdensome at all. Great experience!

Ashton helped us with a broken windshield wiper today and went above and beyond! He even installed it as we were two sad girls that didn’t know how. Thank you Ashton! (And whoever his mom is- you raised him right!)
