“We were on our way to Les Scwab with a battery issue. We made a stop before arriving at that location. Unfortunately when we went to turn on our car it was dead. I called Les Scwab and Chris answered. I told him I was right around the corner with a dead battery and he offered to send his guy over to jump start our vehicle. I was shocked and relieved that he offered to help us. Within 5 mins. our car was up and running. We then went right to the shop and within 90 mins. our car had a new battery and a full service. It was amazing. I absolutely love this location. I have literally been saved by Chris and his team 3 different times. And each time I go there Chris and the team have greeted me with a smile and fixed the problem in timely manner. Would HIGHLY recommend Les Scwab Saratoga Springs. They are wonderful! “Wonderful experience at this location! Angel was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. He was careful to set proper expectations when I arrived. I came in after work at 630pm. Angel greeted me with a smile, ready to assist. When I advised that there was a hole in a tire that was purchased at the Riverton location, and it needed to be patched, he said, “Yes, we can certainly do that…although we do close in 30 minutes and there are several cars being worked on, so we may not be able to do it today.” I fully understood that this was beyond his control and was not at all angry, of course, but he did seem to notice the slight look of disappointment on my face (my work schedule prevents me from returning in the morning hours) and he said, “Actually, wait just a moment. Let me check with our technicians. They may be able to fit you in.” I thanked him and said, “If not, no worries. I realize I arrived very late and truly appreciate that you are willing to take the time to ask.” He came back and said that they were able to do it. They got the job done quickly and satisfactorily, and Angel was so kind and professional throughout the whole process. He was also courteous enough to ring up the groceries that we were buying, since the auto area door was about to be locked, which saved us from having to check out at the front of the store and walk around the building in the dark.
Note: Walmart is a very large company that is built on competitive prices, so customer care is often overlooked at many Walmart locations. We left this auto center feeling as though our patronage was valued. We will definitely return for all oil changes and tire needs for each of our vehicles ?”
“Got fast, friendly service here. I originally went to Jiffy Lube and they failed my emissions test but still charged me. Came here and worked with Laura, who was super awesome—very respectful, sweet, and knowledgeable. She said “let me try,” plugged it in, and boom—passed with no issue. Nothing bad to say at all. I’ll never go back to Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend.”
