I love coming to our Postal Office here in Santaquin, I just wanted to mention that Kim is a wonderful person that was able to help me look for the best possible and affordable way to ship my packages. I am really thankful for people like her that has such a top tier way of helping customers and making sure we are completely satisfied and happy to be there. Thanks again Kim!

I am not sure what has changed with our post office. Our delivery person has 100% gone downhill. My son is deployed and if he has anything shipped we have to sign for it. Understandable, but we keep getting final notice slips before we have even gotten the first notification. One time we were told that his package was returned when it was actually at the post office. This was not a little package. This was a chest with wheels so there was no overlooking this package. The final straw was today when I went to go get my mail and there was a hand written letter saying my mail was going to be returned to sender after a week. Is my mail delivery person going to sort through my mail to determine what is a week old? Or just what they want to send back and when they want to send it back? If everyone just does the job they are paid to do then life would run smoother!

I have had several interactions with the Santaquin Post office and they have always been so helpful! I just spoke with Heather at the Post Office over a lost package from another carrier and she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!

It seems most people have the mail go exactly as they would expect and take it for granted. I looked up to see if they were open today and realized they are getting complaints.I really appreciate those who work in this facility, we send over $1000/month with this post office and their service has been wonderful through and through.Thank you for all your work even though most of your efforts go unnoticed or unappreciated. These people are what makes Christmas Happen.

These reviews really surprise me. The Santaquin location has outstanding customer Service! The employees are always friendly and they get me in and out of there in minutes. Reagan went above and beyond by helping me customize my shipping box so it was the best affordable option for me. That girl needs a raise!

i recently moved to santaquin and in the city i lived in prior i had horrible experiences with the post office- continually. but santaquin post office has only ever been kind and helpful. recently a package was marked as delivered but no key was left for the locker for me to retrieve it. i called the post office and the woman i spoke with was SO friendly and nice and i came home to the parcel on my porch with a cute note from the delivery postwoman! i though that was the sweetest thing for simplest thing, thank you!!! five stars in my book:)

Two packages in one week lost! Three visits and three attempts to leave my info was not productive and they don’t return phone calls unless “they need more info”.Update: there is a house two blocks away from me with the same first series of digits. Both of my packages were delivered there. The lady was very empathetic and apologized and hand delivered them to my house.

Lately it has been extremely frustrating! Multiple packages placed in incorrect P.O. boxes and mailboxes. We don't even have a P.O. box so how that has happened is beyond me. I print labels from home and have requested package pick up that never came. I'm very fed up today specifically. I have been waiting for an over night delivery package that I needed to arrive today. It's why I chose that delivery option. It says it was delivered at the mailbox but it's not there. So someone has my package that I absolutely needed it. It's for my business and I'm extremely irritated. I understand mistakes happen but it seems like they just aren't paying attention anymore. I cannot make a claim with Amazon for another 24 hrs. When I tried to submit a claim on the USPS website after filling out a lot of info it told me there was a problem with the system and to try back later. How convenient. Lived in payson for 8 yrs prior to moving here and this NEVER happened. Honestly they need to get people working there that can do their job thoroughly.

Our carrier is nice enough, but I can't tell you how many times she misdirects our mail. Often we have a neighbor show up with a package or letter that was misdelivered.

I just watched your carrier PURPOSEFULLY pass our mail boxes. They were NOT blocked. She is freaking lazy and I have important mail coming today that I did not get. Your automated phone service is a joke and so is my mail carrier. I have NEVER been so livid in my life with a "company".
