(ZERO STARS ⭐️ IF POSSIBLE)… <<DO NOT>> USE THIS BUSINESS (vacuums or car wash)!
Unfortunately, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE waste your money ? here. You’re literally gambling (50/50 chance) if the vacuums will have enough suction power (cleaned filters) to work AND if there will ink inside the car wash receipt machine to give you your code to use for future washes that you paid for with NO REFUND!!!
VACUUMS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
Do “NOT” waste your money ?!! On (3 different occasions) over 2 months time, I’ve waisted every single dollar on 3 different vacuum machines. They all had absolutely “NO” suction power, not even enough to suction up near weightless sun flower seed from inside my truck.
There is NO customer service support, NO customer service phone number, and NO way to get refunds. I suggest everyone save your money and drive to either Quick-Quack in Payson (new Santaquin location opening this summer 2024’), or just use your home vacuum. I took iPhone video just in case anyone ever happens to show-up to work here to request a refund.

I also purchased a 4 time car wash pass and there was NO ink ? printed on the receipt to get my code number for the 3 remaining washes. This also happened to the customer behind me who pulled up while I was inside the wash and couldn’t warn them. I again took iPhone video & pictures of this. However, after checking weekly for nearly 3 1/2 months for someone to be working here or the owner to be on-site, there is never anyone at this place.
I’ve never given any business a “one star rating” but after 4 separate incidents of this place taking my money ($3.75 vacuums) AND ($24.00 car wash) = (TOTAL $27.75) it’s definitely deserved. What a complete wasted of time and money ? gone. I can therefore, honestly give
a (1-Star ⭐️) in good faith and warn others about this place. There’s never anyone working here to offer a refund of your money or even fix the many problems. Unbelievable!!
Thankfully, Quick Quack will be opening soon a block away, which is so much CHEAPER WITH UNLIMITED WASHES DAILY for a month/year pass that is honestly $$$HUNDRED OF DOLLARS CHEAPER$$$ in a year’s time as COMPARED TO THIS RIP-OFF BUSINESS!!

Doesn't wash the vehicle correctly. It still leaves alot of dirt on the vehicle.

I am so tired of bringing my dog here because the wash hose doesn’t turn on. It is so hit or miss. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve wasted money.
I have reached out to the owner before and he said he would Venmo me to get my money back, and he never did. By the looks of other reviews here, he gives other people feedback with his cell number. But doesn’t fix the issue. Don’t offer help then not respond to your paying customers.
The owner told me he has spray nozzles that you adjust for certain pressure preference based on your size dog. But there are times when I am trying to adjust and twist the nozzle head for a solid 10 minutes. If this is the case, give instructions on how to work this dang thing! It’s incredibly frustrating. Very happy when it works but I’m probably going to give up on coming here because it’s too inconsistent.

Tried using the dog wash a couple weeks ago. Paid 20 dollars and nothing happened. Tried calling their number for assistance getting it started or for a refund and nobody answered. Left a message and never received a call back. Very frustrated to have paid 20 bucks for absolutely nothing

Went through the touchless car wash with some mud on my car and paid for the $15 double wash. There was still mud all over the sides of my car and my windshield. Disappointed in the quality of the wash for the price I paid. I will not be bringing my car here again.
I have taken my dogs to the attached dog wash a few times since I moved to Santaquin a year ago, and it is usually clean and pleasant to use. The last time I went, the tub was clogged and the dog wash was very dirty. I tried reaching out to the owner about the issue and never received a response.

Love going to get my car washed here. It's nice that they have a rack with towels to dry spots the dryers may have missed. Reasonably priced too.

This contactless car wash is great! There are no automatic brushes to scratch my truck, and the price doesn’t hurt the bank either. They have vacuums available and free to use clean rags. I will say that I did not know that the vacuums take quarters only to operate so come prepared!

This is a great dog wash! I appreciate the tubs and the temperature of the water! Two shampoo options, good water pressure, and the TV in there was a unique addition.

Regular old drive through wash does what you expect a ok job but still leaves dirty spots even on the most expensive one

We use the Dog wash, it was originally very nice but it is falling apart and getting no maintenance that I can see things that were broke when I used it were still broke 2 weeks later, not good for businesses if you ask me.
