Today I had a package that contained items I really needed for a family trip the next day— it said that it was delivered in a parcel locker but there was no key…I called the post office with the tracking number and she contacted the delivery gal who brought it personally to my house at the end of her shift. I just felt they deserved a big thank you for going the extra mile, it really meant a lot to me!”
