This family owned and operated business is hands down the choice for carpet cleaning. We moved into a home and unexpectedly found pet stains and residue. They came in-person to give us an accurate quote, since we weren’t sure what to expect. They were available to schedule right away, yet worked with us patiently and professionally when we drug our feet to schedule. At the cleaning, they made sure to provide us with different options and an explanation for each. It was very clear that customer satisfaction, rather than upselling, was the goal. Everyone on the team went above and beyond! My dog had an accident this morning and I called Germ Warfare in hopes that they could come out same day. They were able to come out and even asked if they could arrive earlier than anticipated. Father and son pair, Matt and Josiah, were incredibly friendly and very professional. They did an outstanding job and finished their work quickly. Germ Warefare Carpet cleaning went above and beyond. We were so impressed with how thorough and efficient they were at getting our carpets cleaned. (Dogs and teenage boys make messes!)We had 4 rooms and area rugs cleaned and were very happy with each space that was cleaned. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned!

I found Germ Warfare on Yelp and it was another wonderful experience. We had animal stains on the carpet and you can't see a trace of them now. AJ is very conscientious and took his time in every room. Give him a call!!
