I love coming to this store and getting lost in all the stuff they have. The $1 sodas and free popcorn really makes for a chilled shopping experience. The sales staff are friendly and helpful.

Today, Nov. 4th, I stopped in to Buck's Ace in Santa Clara, UT and Patrick, store manager, offered to assist me. He was very kind and knowledgeable about his store and escorted me to 5 different areas of the store to help me find my shopping list.
While going between departments we go to know each other's sons and each other.
Very kind and very helpful!
I strongly recommend this Buck's Ace Hardware store, as a great place to shop.

Great for a small and local hardware store. Certain items can be more expensive then if you were to go to Home Depot or Lowes, but it's great for its convenience!

Sales associate was fantastic. I wish i could remember his name. He helped me find several items, carried them to checkout. He waited for me to pay and took everything to the car. This store is so clean and everyone is so nice. Popcorn is a bonus!

I wasn't planning to pick up a grill quite yet, but I wanted to see the Weber grill I had read about first hand. Stopped in to take a look and I have to say the assistant manager was absolutely fantastic in helping me out in comparing features (so I bought the grill on the spot). Neither of the other two big box stores I visited had the grill in stock, nor was anyone at either of them interested in helping me to find out if they would be getting more in stock.
I can absolutely recommend this Ace Hardware location in Santa Clara. Easily the best service I have seen in a long time and I will definitely be shopping here in the future. 10 stars.

My family and I are vacationing in Utah when our unit developed a plumbing issue. I went to Buck's Ace Hardware to buy the necessary replacement parts and tools to make the repair. The staff were very helpful, provided the right replacement parts and even gave me store credit for the tools since I didn't need them anymore. Great experience overall, thank you Debbie and Pete!

Tomas is amazing, my Bimini was broken on the boat, took it over to ace. Tomas was up in the boat helping me fix it. He even had a screwdriver in his back pocket. Tomas then found a great repair solution to the dash on the boat that had been broken for 20 years. All my headache repairs were fixed in minutes!!! Thanks Tomas and Bucks Ace. Ace is the Place!!!

Great customer service from beginning to end. They greeted us at the door asked us what we needed and walked us there. Tomas helped us get a generator and other items and even walked us to the car and helped us load everything.
