They guarantee their work 100% and they did a poor job on my tile floors and when he sealed our tile it didn't last for a month. So I had Jason come look at it and he said well they get tracked on. There are two of us in the home and a small puppy. And he said if they have to come back out and redo them he would have to charge me. Nice Guarantee!! I can clean them as well as he did!

I’m very impressed by Big West. They came in and were respectful of my home and family. They didn’t charge an outrageous price to clean my tile and carpet, and even brought a treat and did some small side jobs for me. They are friendly, helpful, and do a great job.

Was new to the area, checked the Google reviews & called Jason in January. Ended up using him for cleaning the carpets, the tiles, and sealing the grout. Jobs done very nicely, prices were very fair, happy to recommend!

This may have been the best experience we've ever had with carpet cleaners. Jason Lindsey of Big West Cleaning called immediately, gave us preliminary estimates when we asked over the phone and then came by to give us an accurate bid. He always wore booties even when entering our home for a bid and he and his crew did the same throughout the process. He brought samples of possible products they could use for my wife to smell as she's allergic to many things. None of them were a problem. When they did the job, they not only used booties, moved furniture, used corner protectors, put runners under all their hoses, they even repaired grout in the travertine and more. They used multiple dryers. Put sponge pads under all the furniture to protect carpet and furniture until dry. All the crew were very experienced older workers who were exceptionally personable. They answered any questions. The carpet was almost completely dry or fully dry when they finished, not still very wet like we've experienced with so many others. Hands down, our best experience. Highly recommended! Price was very competitive. This was a small local business that's been around for a while, not a chain, fully licensed and insured that obviously takes great pride in doing an exceptional job.

YOU guys!!! If you are looking for someone to do an excellent job Jason is the guy. Are you looking for someone you trust? Big West has taken care of me and all of my referrals for almost 4 years, Jason goes above and beyond FOR EVERYONE, he has the biggest heart, and does the best job cleaning carpets. I won't use anyone else, and you shouldn't either.
I just leave my front door open, he goes in cleans what he needs to and locks up when he is done! Big West has patched carpet for me, tucked door ways, fixed a seam. He is the Carpet Master!!!!
Thanks Jason, and Big West for always taking good care of me.

I own a local company. Unfortunately one of my employees leaked a small amount of engine oil on a clients brand new lounge. The client was agitated as they rightly should be. I called Jason and the team at Big West to save my butt. They got out the same day and this morning when I go into the office, this is the email I received:
"Dear Eric,
I just knew I had linked up with a great company once I began working with (your company) back in 2016.
(Your company) truly shined today with immediate feedback and action to an issue I raised. So many other companies could benefit from how your team dealt with a client issue.
