Run far away from this bank! Do not bank here. We have a bank account here as a functioning PTA. They have been awful. Each year you have to put new people on the bank account because a new board is elected. They failed to do this, even after we gave them all the proper paperwork. The male manager here also was super rude to one of our board members because she has a thick accent. Our ? PTA will be taking our business elsewhere

This bank is a joke. They NEVER answer their phones. They forget it’s our money not theirs and they should have some customer service skills.. Closing my accounts and moving to a bank that actually answers their phone!’

To many problems to list, however enough is enough dealing with lame excuses of new fees, move out time. Closed account, then they paid a reoccurring charge that was refunded back, and the new fees were more than the check amount. Disturbing to say the least.

After decades of using Zions, last 4 months new fees charged with shady explanations and lack of written agreements to back up the new fees. Took months to resolve, to finally get deserved refunds total $195. After closing account they paid a $107 debit, then it was refunded. The overdraft fees were $80 for 9 days of overdraft. I called them on their illegal con. I didn’t pay their attempted Con. Squeaky Banks owned by the LDS Church.

Basic math skills are not to be found at this location. I manage a local retail store and usually take my daily cash deposit to the location on 7th east and 90th in Sandy where they are fantastic, but they don’t have Saturday hours like this location so I’m forced to go here. I had a deposit that was a certain dollar amount plus 35 cents.m and I don’t carry large bills so I had a higher amount of cash than what needed to be deposited and I wanted change back in smaller bills. I didn’t want coins back so I added 35 cents to my total deposit so I could get an even dollar amount in change back. What was supposed to be $28 even in change came back to me as $27.35, and it took me 10 minutes in the drive through to explain to the guy what the hell I was trying to do. So a warning to anybody going here, only deposit the exact amount you need because they’re too incompetent to give proper change back here. From now on I’ll make the extra drive to the Southtown mall location on saturdays when I need to do deposits.

Hours are lousy and I'm going to to find an alternative to the obvious departure from service that considers the reality that your working customers need to be able to do their banking after they get off work or on Saturday. We know who keeps us in business? Is a joke

Always get good service here. They are now closed on Saturday however. Several websites still say they are open Saturday but they are not. There is a free coffee machine but it isn't well maintained and they usually only have one kind of coffee.

Zions hidden location. Staff are friendly and courteous but this location is hard to find unless you know it is there.
