I walked up to the teller area to do one simple transaction. The teller guy made me and 2 other customers wait in line a very long time so he could chat with his co workers about a football game. VERY unprofessional teller! The drive thru was shut down.

I attempted to speak with someone at this branch regarding sending a large dollar wire transfer needed to close on a home. It was like pulling teeth to have the woman who answered the phone explain to me the timing and components of the transaction, and when she was half way through the explanation she asked me "have you never done a wire transfer before?" Are you kidding me!!?? Oh well, once less bank to work with going forward.

Yesterday I went to this branch to open up a new checking's account after my old account got suspended. Tracy was the nicest, most professional woman I have ever met! She made me feel so welcome and heard, and she did everything in her power to help me get a new account which I appreciated more than anything. Oh! And before I forget, I remember we talked about how the building was shaking a little bit- It turns out there was an earthquake yesterday on the 19th! Back to the topic though, I highly praise Tracy for her kindness, intelligence, and overall welcoming attitude!-Olivia

Great customer service! I walked in and was greeted then helped in a timely manner. They were quick and helped me out with my new buisness loan. I would definitely recommend this branch!

Angie helped me with a last minute notary, she was amazing! so sweet and personable. the bankers at this branch are so caring and truly care about their customers. Tracy is amazing as well, she helped out in every aspect possible. THANK YOU so much angie and tracy, i won’t be going to any other location because of those amazing women!!

Went in to close out an account and open up a new credit card to help my credit. I got stuck with the “new banker “ Kelsey, I told her exactly what I wanted and needed but she didn’t listen and would not stop pushing the new American Express card on me. Luckily for me there was an experience banker next to her showing her the ropes, I believe her name was Madeline.Madeline was amazing and very professional! She listen to what I needed and recommend me what products would benefit me in my situation. Madeline is an amazing banker, because of her I now know what to do with my credit and finance! She DESERVES A RAISE WELLS FARGO!!!Kelsey on the other hand, does not know what she’s doing and acts like she does. Very pushy and doesn’t listen to what we need but what benefits her.

I did not sign up for overdraft protection, and stated to you that if I did not have the funds available you are to always decline it! Why then did you just pay for me a bill that sent me in the negatives?

Left a check in the night drop for deposit on Wednesday night. Called Thursday at noon, and was told, "we have been swamped today, but we will get to it". It is now Friday, and still no deposit. Never been a Wells fan, and this is just one more reason. Take my advice, if you are a Wells Fargo customer, go find a credit union, if you are considering Wells Fargo, reconsider!

Monique the "Branch Manager" was extremely rude to another customer during my whole visit. I was able to hear the entire conversation, and all of the customer's (valid, calm, and well-stated) questions were returned with snappy, unhelpful, and all-around rude answers. I am very glad it wasn't her assisting me. I also hope she isn't really a branch manager, because she definitely does not merit that title.
