This pharmacy needs some communication upgrades. I had to get a prescription filled and there was an error, so I called to straighten things out. I was on hold twice for over 30 minutes and ultimately hung up and decided to drive an hour to handle it in person because phone calls wouldn’t go through. I showed up and they said they could resolve it in an hour and a half. I gave them two hours before going back. When I arrived, they said it would be an additional hour at least before they could resolve it. The concierge at the desk did his best resolve, but ultimately it’s their system or Walgreens higher powers that need to address some issues. Ultimately, I’m never going to have prescriptions sent here as long as I walk this blessed earth.A note for Walgreens. If I have a doctor send a prescription to you, you should fill it immediately and not require I call that pharmacy to have them fill it before showing up. If it is sent by a doctor, fill it so it’s ready when I arrive. Multiple times I’ve had to wait an hour after I arrive for it to be filled. In this instance, I’ve had to wait 4 hours total since I arrived expecting it to already be ready.

I don’t understand why the techs here lie about wait time. They told me 15-20 minute wait and it’s been over 2 hours and only 2/4 of my prescriptions are ready. When I called to ask them on the status, the tech was rude, sighing like I was inconveniencing him when that’s literally his job. I thanked him and he didn’t even acknowledge it, just hung up on me. If you hate your job, quitttt!

Staff is rude as he**. Also, It’s been 3 days since I’ve asked to get a prescription transferred and Walmart says they still haven’t gotten the request. They can’t give me an answer about a pain prescription I need for surgery and whether or not it’s been filled. My doctor told me they called it in 3 days ago. Avoid this Walgreens. Go to another one.

By far the worst pharmacy my family has ever used. When ordering medication it is never ready on time or medication is never ran through insurance. Employees are also beyond rude, never friendly and blame the customer for what should be their responsibility. Switched my pharmacy immediately.

This may be the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Seemed like it was run by the local High School. Showed up to get a Flu and COVID shot. Took them 3 people and 15 minutes to check me in. The boy helping me asked another one of the boy gang(everyone was in hoodies and genes) for help, and twice the helper asked his friend,'This guy here?' (I was standing in front of him) took me 40 minutes....to get a flu shot. And it wasn't crowded. And there were a bunch of people working! If just seemed like there were a bunch of pharmacists, with no one in charge and no one that knew what was going on. Last time I ever use Walgreens. Only place I could schedule a vaccine and the only reasons I came here. Very bad experience.

This pharmacy lacks customer service and experience. They are an absolute joke I would highly recommend choosing another pharmacy.

After waiting for 2 days to get my pain medication after a surgery to being closed because the pharmacist called out, I tried to give them some slack, but after giving me someone else's medication and then forcing me to pay twice I think I've had it. This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Definitely switching to CVS.

I love when I get there at 1:30 on the dot and am turned away for their lunch break! Glad my job and time is not important, though it’s really Walgreens fault for not having modern shift scheduling! It doesn’t help that there AVRS is one of the most behind out of date systems around!

Never interacted with a nice staff in the pharmacy part. Always rude if you have any questions. Like they are just instantly mean? Never had good customer services here

Prolonged Poor StaffingI don't understand how this business and particularly this location can be so understaffed since COVID. From a customer standpoint, this has had a horrible impact on customers being able to take medications consistently. From a business standpoint, this has to be like burning money from losing customers and brand value. At least do this. Provide full hours of operation coverage including a back up during lunches. There have been too many times (including today) that I go to your business trying to purchase hundreds of (if not thousands) dollars of your product but guess what... you're closed. Excuse being - short staffing.... RAISE YOUR WAGES SO YOU ARENT TURNING AWAY CUSTOMERS. Heck if you want to just pilot it, see if your current employees would like to take overtime hours.... I wonder if you'll see an increase in sales just based on being open.... I wonder if you'll see customers leaving at a slower pace or after several months of reliable service (after years of lacking it) people returning back here.

This is a terrible pharmacy. You can't make people wait an hour for 12 pills which are still left in the package and just shoved into the bottle. The dr called the prescription in 45 minutes prior. Totally ridiculous, especially when you're pregnant and have 2 kids screaming in the back seat while your husbands inside. It doesn't take an hour to shove unpackaged pills into a bottle.
