They have people working who have have no clue how to even run a cash register let alone pills

I was the 4th car back and waited 27 minutes. The day before this I waited 13 minutes and was the 2nd car back. When I got to the window they said they didn’t have my prescription, even though I had received a text that it was ready. Because of this mix up I had to come back the next day and wait 27 minutes.
