Terrible customer service. They dont answer the phone ALL DAY. Always out of stock of everything. Refuse to answer questions on the rare occasions they do answer. Ill call and ask if they have something and theyll hang up. Or theyll tell me they have a product and I go in and they dont have it. Ridiculous.

Stopped in here at 12:08pm on a Sunday afternoon Google told me it was open until 7pm. Lights are on but the doors locked. I tried calling the store but it just rang. Kind of disappointed.

Showed up about an hour after they were supposed to have opened, there was a sign on the door that read “We’ll be back in 15 minutes.” Not sure how long it had been there, but I waited over 20 minutes and nobody showed up. This is the only location in the salt lake area, had to drive about 25 minutes to get there. Disappointing.

I love the vitamin Shoppe. I started going to the vitamin shop when I lived in California. Since I moved back here, five years ago, I’ve been going to the one here in Sandy. Always nice people happy no question is a bad one. They are always very knowledgeable about the products they sell. And they use the products that they sell.

Had a GREAT time working with Thiago and Katie today. From the moment I walked into the store we had a genuine rapport. Thiago walked me through just what I needed and I felt like I could trust him and Katie weighed in as needed with her acerbic wit and observations. Honestly I was a little sad to leave, I kind of wanted to just hang out for a bit. This was my first time coming to a Vitamin Shoppe and I’ll definitely find a reason to come back.

Shopped around for 30 mins without anyone else in the store except two employees who were too busy unpacking new product and talking amongst themselves greet me or ask me if I needed any help. The guy was friendly when ringing me up... i'll give him that.

Val & Sergio were great this afternoon. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions And their recommendations for drinks were spot on as well. love love the FYSE SUNNY D AND COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE ENERGY DRINKS. Worth the drive and worth the visit

Have been coming to this location for years now. Always a good selection, fair prices, really awesome sales periodically and a helpful, knowledgeable staff. Their house brands are hard to beat too. Thiago and Sergio helped me most recently and are always happy to answer questions. Val has been there since I can remember and has always been really great too. Would recommend anytime.
