Paige and vision works knocked it out of the park. The selection of glasses is big and they are separated into sections you can see. Prices are in rows so if you want to stay at a price, you stay at a row. I found name brands I trust and like. Again great big shot out to Paige and her knowledge of products. I can’t wait to get my glasses back so I can finish this review. Until then

We are awaiting for a call back from corporate, 20 years doing business with VisionWorks that started back when they were EyeMasters, never had issues. Customer service by one employee that we can only describe as unprofessional, rude and discriminatory behavior has tainted the trust we had on this organization. A formal complaint was filed, pending response from district management. We don't need or ask for especial attention, just for equal treatment as paying customers.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My rating is low because of two issues
1. Pricing here makes no sense! For two glasses maxing out my $180 a year from insurance first it would still cost nearly $200 after insurance. I go online to any of their competitors and with no insurance used ordering the exact prescription and I exact same features they give, I can get 4 pairs for the same price they charge for two plus $180 billed to my insurance! So they collect nearly $400 for two glasses when online I pay $200 for 4 pairs or $20 for 4 pairs if I bill my insurance too. Nothing about their prices makes sense except corporate greed! It’s not like this extra money means you get your glasses right away either! It’s still the same two weeks to receive them that you’ll wait if you order them online except again online is 1/4 the price for double the pair of glasses for the same wait period.
2. Their frame selection is pathetic and way outdated! The frames they offer look like the same land frames from the 1990s when I was in elementary school! The most generic pieces of plastic no style frames you find & yet the charge prices on frames like you’re buying okleys!
All and all were going to be bring our business elsewhere from now on! The prices & lack of selection of frames can’t be overlooked despite the staff being super polite and kind.

great customer service. i took in some frames to get lenses made and they were very honest with me about the risks and likelihood of them breaking. only major downside to this place is the financial compensation for if your frames DO break is pretty abysmal.

My husband and I enjoy going to Visionworks. The people who work there are always kind and helpful. The doctors are all professional and explain what is going on with our vision. We go to the office in Sandy and have always had good experiences there.

I got new reading glasses. Went home and they were the wrong prescription. I couldn't see fine print better than over the counter ones. I begged for a recheck on my eyes. They yelled at me and said it was the right prescription and they were not going to do anything about it. I accidentally dropped them off the counter. Oh that's $150 to replace the frames.. They didn't give a shit and told me to leave because I was crying
