Haven't been in here since the remodel. Im soooo disappointed with the site facility management of the new space. I mean its tons bigger but has so much less that I can do. You have barely any boxes which I use alot, no tire, barely any bosu balls, no bulgarian split squat machine, barely any pullup areas and I didnt see any dip bars anywhere. This gym could have expanded cardio and free weights. They have all these lifetime crud machines that are huge energy suckers and turn off alot. Ive never seen a lifetime fitness machine I liked. They're rickety. You literally got rid of everything I like and use. You have all these confused bored members wandering around. Gee I wonder why. And the locker room is still ultra tiny. You couldnt fix that? Only positive is there is lots and lots of room to do no workouts with nothing.

CRAP SERVICE!!! They don't respond to emails, phone calls or call back/text messages service that they offer!!! THIS GYM HAS RESPECT FOR ITS MEMBERS!!! We should all cancel and let they breakdown! Is disgusting behavior !!!

Remodeling looks nice some equipment, couple of the equipment could be replaced. Biggest complaint was the locker room. The floor was so dirty it was black. Like it hadn’t been washed or scrubbed in days. Lockers were run down too.

I ended my membership because they could not keep the facilities clean and equipment running. Now they are harassment via email and text to rejoin. When I ended my membership, the right harrass me was also revoked. Do I have to report you to any and all agencies that fine business for this type of behavior? Update: they can't find the email they are spamming me on. How is that possible? Absolute incompetence.

Great gym with new amenities, can’t give more than a couple stars due to the cleanliness of the locker rooms. It is absolutely disgusting. The floors have layers of dirt and grime. Sad because they could pay a power wash company to clean them and make them like new for relatively cheap. I’ve been going here for years and will continue, unfortunately i will continue to avoid the locker rooms.

Was going to be out of the country for several months, so I called to have my account placed on hold (a feature that was a selling point for me in the sales pitch). When I returned home, I noticed they had billed me the whole time I was gone. Tried to get it sorted out with them but they denied any record of me ever calling. They could see I hadn't used the gym during that time and I even offered to show them boarding passes and my passport as proof. Nope. So I canceled my membership and they sent me to collections. Steer clear of this dishonest company at all costs!

I got the most expensive plan for reasons that are not serving me at all anymore.1. Kid care needs to hire more people OR train the kids in the front desk to help, or just come up with a solution ASAP! Us moms paying for this service NEED TO USE IT! Figure it out, and fix it!2. Yoga clases are so weak! Hire better instructors.Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.Trainers could be a little more friendly.It all seems like you guys should take better care of your employees so they don’t quit and/or do a better job like simply and genuinely smiling and saying hello back.Again: HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR KID CARE! (Pay them better! $10 / hour is insanely cheap for people who do the hardest job at the gym)

This location has very kind staff typically. New renovations the place more clean and with some nice new equipment. Also, as with all Vasa locations it is in desperate need of regular deep cleaning in the bathroom, shower, and wet areas, sometimes the showers or steam room smell mildewy. However, this location is cleaner than any of the others. They all seem to skim clean, crews are in every night but "normal" - more than surface cleaning, is definitely needed.

Very chill gym and nice amenities, just wish it was a bit cleaner. The locker room floors are filthy and there are always chunks of old soap suds in the showers. Luckily the main gym is pretty clean and there are lockers in that area for clients so you can avoid the dingy locker rooms. Personally, I like to feel comfortable when I shower or change, and not always thinking in the back of my mind that I might get a fungal infection. I will say I commute to this location from Draper because it is much better; however, I hope to see improvement. Lovely staff!

I love the front desk assistants they are awesome. The equipment is absolutely horrendous and the locker room and saunas need serious work. This gym needs an update. I also paid 120 dollars in a month and my membership was cancelled. The payment processing is garbage

My Wife and I are always getting ready for another race, and I personally am working to become a Spartan world champion. This incredible facility has contributed to our goals more so than any other gym we’ve ever tried before.I love the massage chairs, sauna, weights and cardio areas. VASA IS HOME!
