I just sent some documents from here certified mail and I had no clue what to do. Michelle was super helpful and kind, she’s been at this location since January. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the Sandy area.

this place is basically never open. ive gone before at 10, not open. lunch overs are 12-2 but not listed online, so you wouldn’t know unless you went in and saw the lunch hours on the door. ive gone 30 minutes before lunch, closed. ive gone at 2:30, closed. they really should change the hours to like 10-11:30 and 2:30-5 at this point.
the employees are very kind, but doesnt really matter never open.

I went there right before lunch. He announced he was going to lunch and he would be shutting down at 12. I was probably a few minutes until that time. I was the only person waiting in line and I needed help taping my package. As soon as it hit lunch time, he literally started to shut the office down with me still inside, lol. He told me what time he would be back, but I couldn't believe the lack of customer service. It would have taken him maybe 2 minutes to get me out the door and there was no one else in line. I would not recommend this location.

This post office constantly delivers my mail to the wrong address and other peoples mail to my address that don’t live there. I tried going in and speaking to a lady there about it and she said that she’s not the one that delivers the mail and she’s not the one to talk to and there’s nothing she can do to help. No wonder usps is losing money. No govt program ever works. Less government please

This branch is superior in comparison to the other Sandy branch, in all aspects. For those who have an issue with the lunch hour time. It is clearly posted on the door when a clerk is not going to be available.. It is worth scheduleing your day around this if you are one who visits the post office on a regular basis. Michelle is by far the most enjoyable USPS personnel I've had the pleasure to work with. I have been visiting Michelle for over 10 years dating back to getting our kids first passports and followed her to this location because she does such a great job and is incredibly patient with me when I bring my ongoing certified mailings. What a great surprise to see she will be stationed in this location permanently going forward. I highly recommend giving it a try and retry!!!

This PO is a quick in and out location, I have visited it every week for years. Kathy was great, Rhonda was helpful, Anthony and Darwin do a wonderful job covering for vacations and now Michelle, glad she’s the new lady in charge… always a friendly smile waiting to help you!

Had the best expierience with a clerk named Michelle. She was very helpful and super nice as well as being reassuring. They’re closed for lunch from 12:30 - 2, it’s posted on the door. I’m so glad I found this place.

This post office is closed 12 pm ~2 pm. To my knowledge it’s a single woman who works here. She was so helpful and nice!
