The store is clean and well organized and I was able to find the products I was looking for. However, a member of staff spread fear mongering misinformation about chemical sunscreens (saying they do not form a barrier and are carcinogenic), parabens (I prefer to prevent bacterial growth in my skincare, tyvm) and regular old misinformation about silicones interacting with water in makeup products. If they could stick to relating information about the performance or color of a product, I would've given more stars

Very clean and inviting! The staff is friendly but not clingy, and there's a large variety of options. Seemed low on stock for a lot of items.

I like this store as it seems to be one of the larger ones. Prices seem a little high. We purchased some bubble products, and then the next day came across at Walmart, and it was much less expensive. So needless to say, that is where we will be getting future Bubble items

Front door Sign and Google maps says open but front doors are locked on a Monday at noon. I saw three other customers try to visit the store as well and have to turn around. They really should change their store hours to be accurate.

Staff was so rude all three times I’ve been. And they all just talk to their friends. I asked a worker if she could help me( she was talking to her friends) she then rolled her eyes at me and was snappy, she wasn’t helpful at all. That’s the last time I go to that ulta. Also everything is never in stock and super disorganized, this ulta is just super disappointing.

almost every time I go looking for a specific product they never have it, they are always super low on products and don't seem to restock often and it is very unorganized.

In my recent experience at Ulta Beauty, I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. The new technician who handled my eyebrows not only failed to meet my expectations but also exhibited unprofessional behavior when I sought assistance from the manager. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, there has been a lack of resolution, and my concerns have not been appropriately addressed. I strongly urge customers to avoid getting any type of services at Ulta Beauty.

I went to this Ulta tonight, and it was so hot in there. Their make up and testers were melting, it ruined one of my jackets. Be careful going in there and going near testers, just walking by it will ruin your stuff. so disappointing.
