Generic/bad selection of golf gear/clothes. Club selection is thin, and very few clubs available to sample. I asked about a utility iron and was told I had to purchase to try the club, but had 90 days to return for store credit. I’ve never had that club in my bag, and there’s no way I’m spending $250 to see if it fits my distance, gaping, and shaft needs. I’ll try out the club and likely purchase from PGA Superstore.

Terrible service. Had one gut ask if O needed help. He at least pointed me in the right direction. The rest of the staff was too interested in looking at course layouts and talking about what club they would use and what shot type it would take.

Most unfriendly and least helpful store I've ever been in! Arrived to look at drivers for my son's birthday. We didn't get a "Hello" or "Welcome!" We looked around and made our way to the back side of the store. We looked at the many used items, and looked around for suggestions or advice from any employees. They were all busy looking at their phones, or watching golf on the Television. They had an ok selection of golf clubs, but we weren't sure what to get. My son started looking up reviews online and checking out advice online. I wondered around the store. No one greeted us or checked on us. We were there about 20 minutes while researching the different drivers my son was interested in. Eventually he decided on one that was highly recommended online. When we were walking up to check out every person at the cash register's were looking at their phones still!!! Not sure why they have so many employees working if all they are going to do is get paid to look at their phones and not greet customers into the store or help, advise or suggest golfing items! Good thing we bought our phones to get the answers we were looking for!! Very disappointed in the customer service.

Cameron was awesome! Had a discrepancy from a previous trade transaction, he handled it like a professional researched it and credited me my money back! UINTA golf Sandy is the best!

Just left Uinta golf for the last time. I wish I could select ZERO stars. Can’t remember a time where I’ve ever had customer service this BAD! We were in there shopping for a new shaft for my son‘s driver. We waited 20 minutes for some help and finally got onto the bay. Took two swings and were invited to leave because there were customers wanting to buy drivers instead of just shafts.Bring back the Uinta from 10yrs ago.

Bough Titleist T200 irons had a defective shaft sent out for warranty and they handled it all and had it back in less than a month. Very happy with the low pressure sales knowledge of staff and service

Originally had a bad experience with customer service, but went back to give them a second chance understanding people can suck sometimes. Glad I did. Brent was awesome! If he was there the first time it would have been a 5 star. He is genuine, kind, and gives you his attention. Couldn’t be a better experience with him even with my clubs being a month and a half late. He got me a loaner set and took care of things. Uinta you need to have all your employees be like Brent.

I went in during peak buying season (Christmas). Looking to purchase a new set of irons. I was promptly approached by Trevor H. We talked clubs and he got me in the hitting bay. After trying a few different brands and models he got me tuned up on what fit me best. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking golf with him.

It’s absolute absurd that this store will not do a return on a bag bought by the same store, just different local.Most of us spend hundreds, if not thousands of on golf accessories and equipment. What I won’t do, is spend another dime at this location. In fact, I am not returning my entire order.

Went in to buy a set of irons and I showed the salesman a set from Amazon that were the exact same set they had but with a 3h and 4h. I asked if they would match the same deal and they said no because they didn’t have the 3h or 4h clubs. So I then asked if they’d do the same deal with one of their used drivers. Which would have been $50 less than what they sell the used driver for anyway. He said no. Didn’t ask a manager or anything. I said I’m trying to just do a deal with you guys that is equal to what Amazon was offering. I was also planning on buying gloves and shoes. He just looked at me like I was stupid. Then he said, “well maybe you should look for the driver on ksl or somewhere else and buy the iron set from them.” It’s like he missed the whole point. I was trying to give my business to Uinta instead of Amazon by getting the same deal or one even a bit less than Amazon but he couldn’t just go ask the manager if it was possible. I guess they don’t want my business. All because he couldn’t see if he could sell the used driver for $50 less with me buying an iron set, gloves, and shoes. Now Amazon will get my $$$

Excellent customer service that really went the second mile for me. Kudos to the Uinta Golf team for making a few extra phone calls to Ping to process a warranty for a damaged club. It's the customer service experience you always hope for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!By way of background, I returned a damaged club to another store to claim the warranty. In the meantime, I was shopping at Uinta Golf for new clubs where I shared the story of the cracked club head with a woman who (1) validated my problem (other people have had this happen to them, too) and (2) asked me to come by should the warranty claim be denied through the other store. The claim was denied and so I took my club over to Uinta Golf... where they took amazing care of me and my club. I really appreciated her willingness to help, the tech who assured me that they would do what they could, and the person who made the calls to Ping for me. I am forever grateful!
