The Tym Team was fantastic to work with. They helped us with some motorized shades and audio in my personal home that we Love, and also helped us on a project at the gym we use for our Basketball Club. Everyone loves what they did.

We brought a brand new house with a "smart home system" nothing connects on there connect four network! We have had multiple front door cameras replaced on the house warranty. The last time I called them out to fix a brand new camera. My wife walked down stairs and found the tech looking through our basement not close to any wires or cameras! Creeping! Crooks!

I had a really positive experience in working with TYM on designing and consulting on my upcoming home theater project. The tools they use for creating the renderings and all associated materials made it easy to understand, download and have ready to provide to my local contractors. In addition they were quick in turning around adjustments and changes based on my feedback. Lastly the final consultation on systems are forthright and honest in assessing where spending the money will provide the best benefits based on the type of system you desire.Based on this experience and the breadth of information they readily share on their different platforms I'd highly recommend their services no matter how far away you may live from Utah!

I hate giving bad reviews but the customer service here is absolutely non existent. They said they would get us an invoice 2 weeks ago but now we cannot get any response and all the receptionists can tell me is someone will get back to me. One receptionist said they don't do security systems even though they have done ours before and they advertise it on their website. They installed our current equipment so we need them to help us update our system for just one more year before we move to a new building. We will definitely use a new company when we move.

Horrible customer service, they have none! It takes weeks to respond after multiple inquiries. Now I've asked 6 times to cancel my account with no reply.

Amazing company, we had a great experience with TYM. Matt and all the other employees were extremely professional. Honest, straight forward, and hard-working. Answered all our questions and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Couldn't recommend them enough. Go with TYM and you will not regret it.

TYM is a great company and very professional and responsive. I have been designing a home theater system and I had a few questions. They were very knowledgeable and helped me with my speaker placement since my room wasn't an ideal room. They have been great to help and share their expertise.

Tym homes just installed my home theater. They installed an Onkyo avr pared with TruaudioRev-8 speakers and a Truaudio 10 inch subc. The sound is better then my local movie theater. The tec from Tym had my system up in an afternoon and taught me all about my system. With the Onkyo having wi-fi I never have to worry that my system will miss an update.I’m so impressed with the sound and the looks of my theater. Now i’m Wondering if I should get the guys at a Tym to work there magic and create a star ceiling in my theater.

Worst tech company I have come across. They did all of my smart home features in my home I built in 2016. And none of them work now. They won’t return phone calls, or emails. And then no call no show when they are scheduled to come fix the issue. I do not recommend them to anyone...

TYM did a tremendous job with the design and installation of my surround sound systems and security system. Without knowing if they'd get my business to design and install after I took possession of the home, they provided me with guidance/direction on what wiring to request (from my builder) for two surround systems, additional speakers in bedrooms and office, and security system. As a result of their consultation without strings, I hired TYM to design and install after I took possession of my home. TYM did not disappoint on the installation - each person on the crew was professional and took extra care when cutting into my brand new walls with only minimal touch needed after installation. The system they set up is easy to use and can be controlled through my mobile phone and ipads. Doesn't matter where I am, I can view the security cameras live, turn on (or off) the TV, music and more - all from my mobile phone or other mobile device(s). TYM is also saving me a bundle on the security monitoring fees - my security camera footage is captured and stored in the cloud for several days + I have monitoring service - all for a fraction of the price I was paying with another system. I highly recommend the TYM team for your smart home and home theatre needs!

If I could give 5000 stars I would. I stumbled upon these guys via YouTube researching home automation and pre-wiring. Their videos are very helpful and I never realized they offered a home pre-wiring service. It's basically the same cost as many of the Home Automation companies here in LA charge to just give you an estimate but I used it as the perfect roadmap to do the pre-wire myself and it worked out great. Highly recommend TYM. They responded to all my crazy questions and requests and it's clear they enjoy what they do. Awesome!
