“This place is beyond amazing!!!! Came in to get a tire repair as I ran over a nail somewhere. When I say I was in and out in less than 10 mins I mean that. My tires are definitely getting close to being at the point of needing to be replaced and not once did anyone try to pressure me into buying a set at that point. They 13589432% earned my business when it’s time to get these new tires.”

“Jeep dealership is over a week and a half out. I needed to replace my water pump immediately. I headed over to Alta View because I’ve been going here for propane. They had everything finished by the early evening. Dealership told me I would also be needing a new radiator hose, which was a lie. The fluids from the water pump were only spaying on the radiator hose…I was told at Alta View. This saved me $300+ alone. Thanks for saving the day; now I can go to Vegas over the 4th of July!”

“If you’re looking for a reputable location to have your vehicle serviced, this is the place to try. All of the fellas working here are competent and knowledgeable, they are personable and provide thorough examinations, service and advice that best suits the vehicle and your situation. Most importantly, they work with integrity, there are no unnecessary fixes, or secretive scams. They provide you with pictures of the issues and repairs at hand, and explanations for systems you may not understand, all without being condescending. They even provide Uber rides for you if your vehicle needs repairs overnight. I’ve been here dozens of times, I travel over 10 miles from where I live to return to this location time and again for repeated service because of the well earned reputation. Don’t just take my word for it, go and give this place & these guys a try!
UPDATE: 2024: These guys are still top notch! They still work well with every customer to be as helpful to the best of their abilities. They endeavor to be as accommodating as possible, they go two extra miles to make sure they put you on the road safely and in good shape. Even with some of my difficult questions, all are answered and the staff always keeps a good attitude because they appreciate their customers and excel at what they do. I have no plans to take my vehicle to any other shop.”
“I have used Vulcan exclusively for tires for 20 + years. They have always had great pricing and tires have always arrived with no exceptions or problems. My most current purchase was for giant 22 inch tires for a pickup and they arrived in less then 3 days in perfect condition. The tires were also manufactured this year (2021) so I was really impressed with that. Overall great experience and will keep buying from Vulcan.”

“This is a 50/50 review I was at the Walmart in Sandy and I got to the self-checkout and some of the items were not matching the prices that were on the Shelf when I rang up and the attendant watching the self-checkout area her name is Jamie she was very very rude basically called me stupid then after being insulted I spoke with a manager his name was Abdul he was very kind and he assessed the situation and fixed the prices that did not match w the most amazing customer service that one could have I am very appreciative to Abdul for his customer service because the attendant Jamie was very rude and he was extremely polite I guess thats why he's a manager and she's not”
“Cannot possibly say enough good things. I’m visiting from out of state, and blew a tire on the freeway. It took HOURS to get everything back to rights, but the easiest part was definitely dealing with Costco tire.
Did you know your tires are covered for 5 years for road hazards? (Like running over dropped car parts at 70 mph?) I did not!
First, Patty (supervisor) was a delight. She was so patient and had a fantastic sense of humor. I had some unique circumstances that were tough to solve, so she called over Nick to brainstorm.
Nick went ABOVE and beyond to help get me back on the road. He is extremely easy to talk to and was able to give me advice about every step of the process (including suggesting a nearby auto shop for checking my alignment after the accident, where I would have a Costco discount. I didn’t even know that was a thing!)
Really hope Nick and Patty see this, and that management takes notice. You got some good people working for you!
