We had a great experience at Tie One On! We got some beautiful, unique ties for our wedding. I love that they accept returns within 30 days so we had a chance to try them on at home. They had a great variety of colors, textures & patterns. The value was great, average $10-25 per tie. The service was fantastic. I'm so appreciative of her help! We absolutely recommend.

I went into this awesome store looking for a bow tie to match my son’s red vest and black suit. He is going to be a ring bearer in an upcoming wedding. Amber helped me find one that matched perfectly! She was so kind and patient. Thank you!!

I have been trying to get a last minute tie for my son. I came last night and apparently they closed earlier than their posted hours. It said that the store opened at noon today and here we are at 12:15 and the store is still closed. You can get higher quality ties on Amazon for less. Next time I’ll have to plan better and do that because this store is worthless!

My fiancé and I have been looking for ties for our wedding for months and have been discouraged by the lack of customer service/ help we've encountered throughout our journey. We came to Tie One On and Karli was so extremely helpful and friendly! We found our ties thanks to her (giving her opinion as well as calling other stores to secure the amount we needed). Our only regret is that we didn't come here first! Highly recommend this store!

I had a very unfortunate experience on Saturday, May 21. The manager on duty was speaking very condescendingly to a younger employee quite loudly saying over and over "you should know where things go by now, you shouldn't have to ask me and I shouldn't have to tell you." She repeated this many times in a rude tone and for all customers to hear. I said she should speak to him with more respect. She instantly turned her attitude on me and told me to mind my own business. She was very unfriendly, and very hostile. At one point she accused me, a man, of "this being my thing, coming into stores and accosting women." Her comments ran me and my family out of the store.Certainly this type of communication isn't taught by your business. I am stunned that someone with such aggressive communication would be managing a store. Certainly, I am not proud of everything I said in defending myself from her bully rhetoric.Please speak to her about improving interactions between her and customers. She joked that she just had a special type of relationship with the employee that allowed her to speak in such a degrading manner to him. There is no acceptable situation where her verbally battering the employee and then me is appropriate.I tried to reach out to them via their website to clear this up but to no avail as they didn't respond.

Need to update the store hours on the website. Been there twice when they say they’re open and they’re closed. Each time Eve been there are frustrated customers along side with me wondering why they’re closed when they say their open online

Terrible service! I went in here with my son to buy a tie for him prom and the red head kid standing behind the register did not acknowledge us. He stood there trying on suspenders and bow ties. My son asked him for help and he seemed annoyed by it. I ended up buying a tie, since it was the color we needed. But service wise, terrible! I had to pick a star rating but if I could it would have been zero!

So many options! One of those situations where if you can't find it here you probably won't somewhere else. From basic to name brand they have affordable options for all! Great place to go for school dances, special occasions, weddings, etc. Tie One On is a magical little place.

Good selection of ties but to be that seemed quite expensive. Perhaps in bring the times in tie-buying. Good place to find matching toes with dresses and other things. But then again, I can find great ties in his shape at Savers for $1.99.
